Terrible performance compared to other super funds. Verve just has bad. Choose another fund.

App access is unreliable, leaves me feeling unsettled at times

I was in Christian Super and I loved it. I was very happy with CS. So far I have been happy with AE. I want my Super to be invested ethically in companies that align with my Christian values. However, I am very sceptical of investing in climate change and renewable energy.

been very happy with the service that they provide. They have supported us over the years as our SMSF needs have changed. 4 years ago we changed from Individual Trustees to Corporate Trustees. We did this when one of us got sick and there was the risk of only having one trustee. Knowing what we know now we would recommend setting up your super as a Corporate Trustee from the start. That being said iCare made the change very easy to do. The reason we chose iCare was the existing online service that we were using didn’t support a full range of legitimate SMSF investments and had restrictions on bank accounts and brokers. iCare SMSF allowed us much more flexibility. To get the best experience it is important to do good record keeping which is requirement of any SMSF. With access to their Class app it is very simple to keep up to date with the performance of our super. All aspects of fund management are taken care of for a simple monthly fee which is very reasonable. When we first investigated setting up our SMSF, we spent significant time looking into all aspects and reviewed a number of fund managers. SuperGuardian came out well on top and in fact proved to be cheaper than trying to administer the SMSF ourselves both in terms of time and money. We have a dedicated client manager (Tom) who always provides a courteous, prompt and expert service. Thank goodness they were selling legally flawed properties as we won on the basis of an illegal build. Sad but true. all they do is say we'll verify yourself biometric

Problem is going through that there system refuses to accept my photo no matter how many times you do it so cang log into spaceship to change to my new number to recieve verification code to mobile to access my account to change any details.

So inform them time and time again all they do is say verify yourself by biometric and send you a link when you explain you can't and why they just say sorry that's the way it is either you do it by biometric or not at all.

This company is a joke refuses to let yourself do it any other way so they are stuck with my closed bank account and I'm stuck with an account I can't use because they refuse to see reason.

They will not help me fix this problem if I could give the a negative infinity score i would
