So inform them time and time again all they do is say verify yourself by biometric and send you a link when you explain you can't and why they just say sorry that's the way it is either you do it by biometric or not at all.

This company is a joke refuses to let yourself do it any other way so they are stuck with my closed bank account and I'm stuck with an account I can't use because they refuse to see reason.

I can't understand the hate, I've had great returns and no problems with them what so ever. I've been investing for about 18 months and have recommended to friends and family. Spaceship is fine – All these words... Spaceship is fine. Lets put this simply. If you invested $100k into Spaceship Universe in May 2018, left it in there and didn't touch it, you'd have a total of $200k today in 2024. 100k in 6 years isn't bad at all.

investment opportunity they want to get money into the platform NOW, not in 2-3 days. 2. Fix the website functionality for ETFs and US stocks. The reporting for ETFs and US Stocks is non-existent through the website. Investors are forced to download transaction and monthly reports via the app. It is a nuisance to download reports on a mobile device and then transfer them to a computer.

This is about the investment platform, not the super fund. The returns are good, it's an indexed fund after all so you'd expect long term.gain. Lost a little bit of money, that's not a problem high risk gamble. What is a problem is when I want to withdraw from my super, they answered the phone and sent me the required forms, I filled those in and emailed them with the required identity proof. Stay away at all costs! – Would not recommend people invest anything in this shonky company. They continue to increase their fees by huge percentage margins, while continuing to deliver the worst service imaginable. Everyone I know who has used them has lost 80-90% of the capital they invested. They don’t even bother getting back to you through any of the means they have at their disposal.

Worst Investement Ever – The worst investments that I ever made. Its been over 4 years that I invested my Money in spaceship and it makes an all out efforts to continue making losses. Finally have closed my account with them Good Riddance. Only thing that they keep innovating is from No Fee to monthly fee to annual fee to changed monthly fee to all such crap. Terrible performance – Terrible Performance. They hurt my future losing my super while the rest of the market went up. I don't think they are very good at their jobs. After a year and a half of watching it go down I finally bailed out to save what was left. My future has been hurt and I will have far less in returement due to their utter incompetance. Absolutely gutted still.

Really, really bad – They are absolutely useless. Yes, high returns require higher risks. Well, you had five years and my "investment" is still running at a loss. Feel sorry for the people who put money into their super. How are you even doing this? Any toddler pressing the buy/sell button can probably achieve better results.

Try it – I have been with spaceship since 2021 and I can tell you spaceship if you understand the market ,it is actually a great app I've made quite a lot doesn't help I keep withdrawing as well.Before you knock spaceship give it a try patience is the key

their support either through live chat or through their listed customer support number. Live chat typically takes at least a day to get back to you. And more often than not, they would reply with an automated template. The answer to your queries would typically take at least 2 to 3 days. The customer care number isn't of much help either. They often do not have the answers and would tell you to wait for a call back, which might never come, unless you reached out again.

The worst part is they'd randomly lock your account without as much as notifying you as to why it was locked. I've requested to change my bank account. This led to my account being locked, without any intimation.

It took me close to 3 weeks and multiple calls and live chats to get it resolved. All this while, customer support were clueless and didn't give me a proper reason as to why I wasn't notified.

And did I mention, how they have managed to underperform the already underperforming market. Their annaual year on year returns for 2022 are about -15%, i.e. a negative 15%.

I would give them 0 stars if I could.

the “worst” time, right after the peak. Guess what? That’s investing. You cannot expect a product like this for immediate returns. That’s what a savings account is for.

Overall their performance is still great, and I have no doubt that in the long term They will significantly outperform the market. I’m not going anywhere.

Worst decision ever to ever invest – Horrible company. Don not trust them. I have been with them for over three years and not once my investment went up. Bad enough you cannot choose what you’d like to invest in so it seems it’s up to them what they invest your money into ! Never again and what goes around comes around and I hope they’d be investigated and right now it’s a good thing that it’s been place a stop order from ASIC and I wish it’ll be permanently. Keeps losing money for more than two years – If you don't like money and you want to get rid of it, spaceship is for you. Guaranteed loss of almost half your funds. It was doing well in the first 3-4 months but then it went under and hasn't recovered. I started with $2000 and now it's sitting at $1300. I'm hoping that one day it will go up to my initial investment and I will withdraw.

Underwhelming – Underwhelming performance Refusal to assist clients with tax rebates after supposed deadlines which the ATO confirms are at Spaceship's discretion. Lack of due care to clients in regards to tax concessions and rebates, and keeping clients informed of their obligations. Spaceship actions have caused me a financial loss of $3,500.
