walked away. It needs a sixth gear to get to normal interstate speeds of 70mph. Slight vibration i. The handle bars when getting above 60mph. I prefer my Harley because it has the 103 and I can easily cruise the interstate at 70 or higher with no issues. I have the vulcan for sale but request my payoff it only has 50 miles on the odometer because I drove from the dealership and parked it and never drove it again. It is garaged and I start it once a month to keep parts lubricated. I rather have a Harley or Indian at least they were designed right

negatives are an uncomfortable seat and gearing is too low which means high revs at freeway speeds. On the whole, I am glad I bought it instead of the 883 Harley.

grip in the wet, so much so i lost grip on the front at 100ks an hour and into freeway wires etc and nearly killed me, wrote the bike off, got the new 2021 model. Grey/white, through insurance, same vibrating issue, changed the tyres with a balance, still vibrate, changed the risers and bars, still vibrate, put in for repairs and look over at a very good racing mechanics shop, checked all bearings , steering etc, to no avail, told me it may be a design fault. The rest of the bike is great, great brakes, great looks, a little uncomfortable for long rides, how ever put on 2 inches off accoustic foam and a seat cover, can ride for 3 hours without a break, just don't let go of the handle bars at all.
Great.....amazingly underated motorbike, – I am not the dealer or an employee. I am a bike enthusiasts who was skeptical at first. I was however given this bike and simply cannot fault it.… Read more

Hunter Bobber
Needs a little more go! – Now being a rider for all most a year now after buying my 2015 hunter bobber, I loved the looks and style but no guts. 350cc just isn't enough power… Read more
which you expect from a 350cc. It's not a bad bike for people on a budget who want a commuter around town but once on the highways that's where the dream ends. Especially for me. Revs its guts out like a fat kind in gym class dying for more air. I had a new sprocket put on the rear Tyre which gave the old girl a few more legs on the high but that's it.
Great kick around bike but all in all that's all its good for.
Kawasaki Vulcan 1700 Voyager ABS
2018 Kawasaki Voyager – Overall this is a decent bike and good value for your money. When I purchased this bike (new) I was looking at the competition which was at least $12… Read more
000 CAD more. Doing a cost benefit analysis I wasn't convinced it was worth the extra $$. I wasn't particularly interested in a Gold Wing since it was so smooth when I tried it, I didn't feel like I was riding a bike (we're all different). Following the purchase there were two small issues, the chrome piece over the tank caused a squeak which I fixed. Second, the chrome from the handle bars/speakers/clutch/brake reflected on the windshied and into my eyes. I actually painted them over with plasti dip paint (removable) which resolved the issue. I purchased the kawasaki gel seat (firmer) and heated grips. The ABS is quite effective as well, had to use it after being cut off.
Ride One. You will love it – I went to buy another HD, and ended up taking a Victory for the weekend. The HD was nice, but this bike was amazing. Handled well, went harder and… Read more
sounded amazing. I felt like I was sitting on the HD, but on the Victory I felt like I was sitting in it. Did I mention the power? This bike turns heads and I get people coming up and taking pictures of it. It looks like a custom bike. This is one of those bikes that I won't ever sell.
Indian Scout Sixty
Cool all rounder – I have owned the bigger scout 1100cc for around 3 years, in fact I traded my sportster in for it. No regrets what so ever. It's got a nice engine, … Read more
really easy and smooth throttle response, nice predictable and linear power delivery and pulls strongly all the way to the rev limiter. It rides and feels like an American bike, I can't explain this...just like the Italian bikes have their character, this is the same but in a different way. It's a pretty fast bike the 1100cc scout, and if you're prepared to take it to the higher rpms it will be competative against anything at the traffic lights except for dedicated larger capacity sports bikes. Its Got a nice but not obnoxious grumble at idle. Only accessories I have on is the Indian sport exhaust, silver luguage rack and the tall windscreen. I'm around 183cm in height but feel very comfortable on the bike even though it is very low to the ground. I've been on country rides with others on sports bikes and have easily kept up...not quite the same cornering ability but makes up for it on the straight. Suspension is quite good, flicks into turns well and the power is really easy to control. I only have 2 negatives. First is the fuel range is not enough. I get around 200km on average out of the 10 litre tank, which is ok around town but this bike is actually capable of some longer distance riding and short tours so carrying a jerry can is not cool. Another 5 or so litres would be perfect. Second is the seat...good for around town but any rides over an hour your bum will suffer. It feels good to ride, gets positive attention and this is one of those bikes that I've gotten an emotional connection to now. I can see it still in my garage 20 years from now....definitely a lifetime bike for me.

A Near Perfect Compromise – The 2018 H-D Sport Glide is the best of both worlds, providing wind protection, cruise control and carrying capacity for a long ride, and quickly… Read more
stripping down to a slim city bike within minutes.
The 107 cubic inch engine has the power and character but avoids the irritating vibrations associated with the older non-rubber-mounted engines. The new frame is light and agile while the suspension and brakes are more than adequate. The pillion seat is designed for looks more than long distance comfort, but most owners would plump for the Sundowner seat, which is highly recommended along with a sissy bar and pad.
Though a little concerned about a lack of ground clearance, my heels have acted as a good indicator of the lean angle and having scrubbed the tyres in on the Reefton and Blacks Spurs, can say that clearance is adequate.
The knob adjustable rear suspension pre-load is a handy device that every tourer should have.
As my sixth H-D, the Sport Glide is definitely the best bike I've owned!
Triumph Rocket 3
Practicality and opinion about Triumph Rocket 3 – After riding almost 20,000 km, I got to know this motorcycle a bit closer. This beast has a 2,500 cc engine and is as strong as a buffalo, fast as… Read more
the name suggests, but handy to drive. Unfortunately, apart from advantages, it also has disadvantages. Advantages of the Triumph Rocket 3: - Very nice, unique ,modern and premium looks. - The driving position in the GT version is comfortable - It is well guided even by a short motorcyclist - each feet can reach the gear lever and the foot brake. - Heated grips in GT. -Rocket 3 has adaptive cruise control which is very practical and can be quickly adjusted with two clicks while riding - Has several driving modes (sport also) - The graphic design on the tachograph changes automatically to day and night and the whole clock can be set up-down - Great working BREMBO brakes. - The front-rear suspension is adjustable and can be customized according to your needs - The double eyepiece of the front lighting is LED and also can be adjusted slightly. - There is an optional "quick shifter" for an extra charge. This is a very practical option to change gears without using the clutch. - The center of gravity is placed closer to the rear of the engine, so the rear tire does not wear out as quickly as the weight of the motorcycle would indicate.
Disadvantages of the Triumph Rocket 3.
-Quite expensive motorcycle even as standard plus expensive extras. - Fuel-hungry - unfortunately, 3 cylinders and this power are constantly thirsty. - Settings on the "clock" are hardly visible and cannot be done while driving - they require concentration and attention. - The rear suspension is difficult to adjust despite adjustments - Perceptible vibration and volume from the cardan shaft transmitting drive and power to the rear wheel. - Lack of good protection on the right side of the engine on the exhaust pipes. In shorts in QLD, after driving 30 km, extremely hot air escapes and it is easy to burn your leg. - The worst negative thing I noticed and feel every time I brake harder with the rear wheel - the bike tends to slide to the left side. YES, YES to the side where there is a single suspension and drive arm at the same time. I checked it on a completely flat asphalt and unfortunately it pulls to the side where it is a suspension arm. - ABS is not a very practical addition to BREMBO brakes because they are reliable and perfect.
Indian Scout Bobber

like 106 cubes. It didn't like the throttle being feathered, jerky fueling or drivetrain slack, was only rideable under load, belt drive is great, the usual limited ground clearance limits, but expected on this style of bike, ride position is unusual owing to very low seat giving the feeling that your knees are pointing upwards, brakes are woody and needed strong hand pressure to activate, suspension is low spec and serves it's purpose. Indicator actuator is japanese style on left switch block which is great, you're paying for the US rep that Harley relies on. Overall the finish is not up to the asking price. All victory models have same engine output gearboxes and brakes and the triple disc and USD forks on the Hammer S are just gimmicks. Not worth the asking price.
