The product is excellent which I have purchased before but the delivery, once ordered in early March, took till this week to become available to collect from Cessnock Post Office, they sent it to West Cessnock PO by mistake then sent it via Sydney depot back to Cessnock, so an extra delay all round! I found Cosmetics Now via a Google search and was pleased to see it stocked hard to get products at discount prices. I ordered 2 items and they took a few weeks to arrive as they came from the US. only one thing that is not bad, but is important to know: as the best things make you wait for them, when you ask for a parcel you must wait between 2 and 3 weeks to have it. But the rest of the things, are excellent.

The perfume did arrive and I loved it. However I had to wait over a month for the delivery to be made which was really frustrating.
Do not trust this so called ‘Australian Business’ that provided little customer service. They advise shipping time to be 7-12 days on their item page but took over three weeks to even provide shipping information. Apparently the item needs to ‘come from overseas’. No communication and no updated on shipping status. This is not an genuine Australian business.
I waited 7 weeks for my delivery when it arrived the box it came in had leaked there is no safety seal or plastic wrapping around my product it had only two thirds of the product left I sent an email and they offered me 30% back or send it back for a refund in the original box I could not because it was damaged I don’t really think they care about there customers or their service Show details

complaining about slow delivery with Cosmetics Now they just sent me details of the small print that I did not see on ordering re delivery time frame. It seems they just purchase the product from overseas then onsell to customers clearly with a markup! AVOID at all costs!

nightmare. They don't reply, Finally told me to post. Further wait for response that they should pay postage. Package was delivered to them on 15th January. Just got notification that they have refunded $60.95, (hasnt hit my credit card yet) it should be $182.95. Whole experience has been very stressful.
Follow-up · Finally got attention after putting up bad reviews. They fully refunded and gave me an extra refund for updating my review. Couldnt get attention before this.

Do not buy from this site unless you are willing to wait about 2 months if your in Western Australia. will be another 2 weeks after already being a month. They also have responded by saying it's the busy time of the year for them in both August and March. They offer a 7% refund to make up for the delay but after paying expidited shipping and having to wait 6-8 weeks it's just not worth it. Would not recommend but I would highly recommend they change the company name from "Cosmetics Now" to Cosmetics Later".
