Zero Communication: I reached out multiple times via email and social media to get an update, but I was completely ignored. They have no interest in helping customers once they have your money.
Refund Issues: Even after it was clear the item wasn't coming, they refused to issue a refund. I waited and waited, but nothing happened.
Bank Intervention: I only managed to get my money back because I had to involve my bank and file a formal dispute/chargeback.
Bottom line: Save your time and money. Do not trust this shop; they are unprofessional and only respond when forced to by a bank.
Since my bank intervened, they refunded straight away, any issues getting money back, go to your bank.
Ive now ordered direct from Carter and know it won't be a dupe, this company needs to be closed down, I ended up paying $45 more and know it will be the real deal, FYI they also get their stock from Dubai, known for good fakes, but you cant beat the real thing, lesson learnt! was I informed via email that the item was actually a pre-order from the EU/USA, with delayed and uncertain fulfilment.
I immediately contacted the business to cancel the order, as I did not agree to a pre-order purchase. The business refused to provide a refund and stated they only offer store credit or replacement.
They also claimed that the pre-order status was disclosed multiple times before purchase. I have since re-tested the entire purchase process and confirmed this is not the case.
This raises serious concerns about how product availability is represented. I recommend contacting the business to verify the actual stock status carefully before purchasing.
Ordered 2 colognes on July 3rd with an estimated delivery date of July 20th. Reached out via email on July 23rd inquiring about status. Was told it would be investigated and I would hear back same day or at the latest the next day. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t reflect any of that. My order arrived a full week late, and when I checked the batch code, I discovered that the perfume was actually manufactured four years ago. That’s far from what I’d expect for a product sold as a pre-order.

sale. I rechecked my bank account and it had their abn details on it. Looked up the abn and it covers at least 3 businesses. Perfume shop, import,and furniture shop. I rang my bank and they have opened a transaction dispute. ( I never realised they could, so ask your bank) I mainly wanted the bank to be aware as on the bank info, it’s said to let them know if something isn’t right, to save others having same problem. a victim of fraud by ALLERGY FREE PLACE. I placed two orders on 2 and 3 July 2022, Order numbers 70834 and 70846. I immediately received an email about items being out of stock. I contacted the seller via email, numerous times, asking for a callback to resolve the issue. No callback. Immediately this raised red flags. No refund has occurred and despite further emails from me, no response has come back either. There is little doubt that this is their method of operating.. sell products they dont have, take the money and that is the end of it. I have initiated a credit card investigation and will recommend to VISA to not allow them to take money through their company once I get my money back.
The reviews on this company speak for themselves... all I can do is say AVOID them - you will not receive the products you pay.

them asking for a refund receipt which they said: "Please allow me some time. I need to talk to our accounts team and see if there is any issue. In case if there is any issue, I can request them to send your refund into your bank account directly (as its a quick solution) if you wish to." to which i declined as I did not want to provide these people who cant organise a refund my back details. June 2019 still no refund! They claimed a due to a technical issue my refund hadnt gone through and I will receive a refund with in 24 hours. Still no refund as at 19/7/2019.
