I was cold called to change my insurance policy, they end up telling me I had a better offer to go with Australian unity and I will get $500 dental. Over my usual $300 dental with another company for a similar price. Changed over went to the dentist the bill was $600 I received a horrid $144 rebate through AU, normally I would get 50 to 60% back. This really peed me off as they told me I had a better deal.not impressed Show details

Poor information – Very disappointed. We had changed health insurance companies and were very unhappy with their "promises" so went back to our old company after a chat with these guys. Told we would receive 8 weeks free premiums after holding our policy for 90 days. Omitted to inform us we had to have been away for 6 months to be eligible for this offer. Very poor… Read more

explaining the extras for my health insurance tier. I could not believe how disgusting his customer service skills were, not how incredibly unprofessional he was. He basically recognised that I was not going to fork over my data for whatever commission based scheme he had going on. I have NEVER wanted to make multiple complaints over multiple sites warning people NOT to deal with ITSMYGROUP. Please train your staff appropriately as this is disgusting service.
