Electrolux model that was identical in style and colour, which we happily chose. The replacement was ordered and delivered in a very timely manner, and the delivery experience itself was excellent.

After delivery, we noticed a very small cosmetic dent on one panel and contacted customer service. This was resolved immediately and exactly as requested, with no hassle at all.

Overall, the customer service from Bing Lee has been outstanding — responsive, proactive, and genuinely focused on finding solutions. I would highly recommend them to others and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.

Furthermore, I found the Goldair 2400W Smart Wi-Fi Ceramic Tower Heater GCT330 safe to use as it comes with a built in rapid cool down feature once the heater has been turned off. Most importantly, this product was able to warm my unit very effectively and also within a very short space of time.

Excelled my expectations – Fast and friendly delivery service. My old washing machine just stoped working on me in mid of a wash so I had to purchase a new washing machine . I made online order at 8 pm and by 8 am next day I had my new washing machine delivered and installed with no extra charge. This was super convenient and communication by Bing Lee team was great. my electric security gate. I had to step in and stop him before further damage occurred. Even after making contact with the gate post, the driver insisted the vehicle was not touching it. Had I not intervened, the gate post and the electric gate mechanism would very likely have been damaged, which could have resulted in significant repair costs.

Unfortunately the situation got worse during the removal of my old fridge. The same driver struck my doorframe twice with the appliance trolley while moving the fridge out of the house. This caused visible damage to the frame, including splintered timber on one side and a deep scratch on the other. It was obvious the trolley was being handled without the level of care you would expect when moving a heavy appliance through someone’s home.

After causing the damage, the driver’s colleague then falsely accused me of interfering with the trolley, which simply did not happen. I did not touch the trolley at any point. When I challenged this accusation, the driver responsible for the damage suddenly became very quiet and avoided responding.

What makes this even more frustrating is that when I raised the issue afterwards, Bing Lee chose to accept the drivers’ version of events rather than properly acknowledge the damage that occurred during the delivery. Instead of accountability, the response was essentially to dismiss the complaint.

Customers invite delivery drivers into their homes and should be able to expect basic competence, care, and honesty. In this case I experienced the opposite: poor vehicle handling, careless movement of heavy equipment inside my home, property damage, and then an attempt to shift the blame.

Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others about relying on Bing Lee and their delivery service. If this is the standard of care provided, customers should be aware of the potential risk to their property and poor customer service.

Very disappointing experience.

After a month of countless emails and phone calls with both Bing Lee and LG, LG finally issued a case number for a refund to be processed through Bing Lee. However, Bing Lee’s store team and customer care team kept passing responsibility between each other for days.

Eventually, Bing Lee’s customer care team (not the store) offered me a replacement unit or store credit. I declined, requesting a full refund to my bank account instead, as I no longer wish to deal with Bing Lee. They confirmed in writing that the refund would be processed within 3–5 business days.

On the fifth business day, I followed up, only to be told the cash refund would take another 7 business days. Two days after, I received a phone call saying part of the refund would be issued as partially gift card due to “miscommunication” between Bing Lee teams — which is useless to me since I will never shop at Bing Lee again.

This entire experience shows chaotic management, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability across the Bing Lee organisation. It’s extremely disappointing and reflects very poorly on their customer service and brand integrity.

I will be filing a formal complaint with the ACCC, and will take this $201 loss as a reminder never to shop at Bing Lee again.

for the same price, than said you can buy online they will deliver to your house, which I did paid $460 for it.I received the Phillips perfectcare 8000 series steam generator today 23/06/2025 was excited tried it was absolutely RUBBISH like it was not strong, the heating on it was very weak, my previous iron which was a Sunbeam which I have had for 10 years was more stronger and ironed better. Very very disappointed with my purchase so I took it back to refund my purchase in order to buy another better iron, Bing lee tells me they need to ring Binglee customer care and I was advised that it will need to go for a assessment and it would take 3weeks or longer and maybe I could get reimbursed, hello I need an iron now not in 3 weeks my only other option was Bing lee could reimburse if they deduct a 20% stocking fee and put the reason as change of mind, So not only did they scam me once but twice and than the nerve of the sales assistant at Bing lee telling me would you like to purchase another iron, HELL NO , I WOULD NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING AT BINGLEE, Very disappointing and disgusting service

because it is expected to be only needed for the next year or so. But still, it's a great dishwasher. We instructed Bing Lee to ensure the dishwasher be brought up the steps as our house is a fair climb to the second level kitchen and needs a cart. We also requested that the old dishwasher be removed. This was fine with sales and no extra charge was made. I expected the worst however, and of course being Bing Lee the driver refused to take the new machine from the ground level up the steps. He also refused to take away the old one, even though the Delivery Instruction sheet clearly stated this to be done. My partner phoned the driver who made up some excuse and said he'd be back in the next few days. Nonsense of course. So my partner telephoned the store in Carlingford and spoke to the sales person who was quite disappointed by this scenario. So he and a worker drove over to our house within the hour (Pymble) and brought the new unit upstairs and took away the old machine.

So a great experience from Bing Lee Carlingford. We will be using this particular branch from now on regardless if we ever purchase a large machine that is not handled directly by the brand, which actually is unlikely due to the horrible experience with the official Bing Lee carriers. But the store itself is great.

asked him what he'd said and he repeated it and added the threat that he didn't like stairs (which we'd advised Bing Lee of and removed railing at considerable inconvenience) so happy not to deliver it. I said he should have texted us to which he lied saying he did. He didn't. Reporting this to Bing Lee it was handled by an assistant manager who said she'd refer it to the delivery team and we were told it 'was policy' not to advise customers of outcomes. Following up got us no where. The point of my review is to warn older, vulnerable people to think carefully before engaging Bing Lee if you're getting a product delivered. It's very stressful and in your own home it's not on. And as I got no satisfaction from Bing Lee I no longer pay attention to the entertaining adverts, the reality is very different and there are many alternatives.

only repeat that there was a part missing and they were trying to get a cost to replace. I explained that we had not removed any part from machine which fell on deaf ears. After approximately 3 weeks of no information contacted LG Service and tracked down the machine. They repaired and returned the Vacuum to me within 24 hours. It is my belief that Bing Lee removed this part. I found Bing Lee to be totally dishonest and would never deal with them again.

Bing Lee asked for reference number from Manufacturer. Called the manufacturer Philips and asked them. And they apologised for all the trouble i had.

And guess what there was no reference number requirement. Philips replacing as the product is in Warrantly and its faulty Motor and loose screw , which they already know.

More than support, its basic commication sense and behaviour to communicate with customers, and they definitely lack this skill.

Never going back to Bing Lee.

Do not buy. Completely false information. Bought an item, say they'd deliver in two weeks. No sign of tracking or anything else. Call and they tell me manufacturer is out of stock and won't have stock for 3 months. Website TODAY still shows the item as available and delivered in two weeks.
