Yamaha YHT-1840

Yamaha 1840B resolution – I bought this on the 17 July. Unboxed on 20th. Im not particularly impressed given the centre speaker crackles after about ten minutes after starting. All wiring is correct. It is not played loud at all. Im not game enough to turn it up due to the crackling speaker. The sound is otherwise ok. Not outstanding. Next time I will stick with Logitech.… Read more

I went back to Yamaha for quality. Seems its gone. Very cheap plastic speakers! Update. After emailing Yamaha they are sending out a replacement centre speaker rather than box it all up and return it to Harvey Norman. While I appreciate the gesture its not worth sending a whole unit back for one speaker.
