Apparently my Vevor MIG Welder has mysteriously gone missing during delivery from Gold Coast to Bundaberg. Absolutely useless online supplier so please look around for alternatives if you don't want to be disappointed and have to fight through the refund process.
They hae dleted my review from there site! I bought a vinyl cutter from them and have had constant issues. It stops mid-cut, wastes vinyl, arrived slightly damaged, and lacks the promised Bluetooth connection. Overall, their products aren’t reliable—save your time and money by avoiding this company.
BE AWARE - false advertising. Vevor.com.au clearly say free shipping to Western Australia (and free shipping to my postcode) and then at the last second (at pay now) it added $250 postage. When I asked chat for help they sent long policies and after hours of waiting they sent another policy to say Western Australia falls under a different zone and shipping applies.

been taped, and broken glass was visibly stuck to the tape. The box was full of broken safety glass that had shattered throughout both the machine and the box. We could immediately tell that at least two panels of glass had been broken. It seemed obvious that it was broken in transit so we notified the company request return and refund and assumed it would be an easy fix.
We sent photos and detailed what had happened. All customer service is done via chat - which is painful, and slow (a day or two per response). They came back advising we needed to unpack the box and show images of each broken piece. I thought this was excessive but my husband obliged. They came back and said we needed to illustrate on the manual which peices were damaged. Again, my husband marked up an image on the manual indicating the broken glass panels and damaged framing. They replied and said they would send us replacement glass panels so we could fix the break.
At this point I told my husband to contact PayPal and to advise Vevor that we do not want replacement glass, it’s not an acceptable solution, and we request a full refund.
Vevor did send the replacement glass, and responded to our last message noting we had raised it with PayPal and closed our case.
The replacement glass panels arrived and my ridiculously patient husband laid out a giant tarp and got to work fixing it. He has cleaned it, vacuumed it, and still there are small shards of glass inside the machine. It is not safe for use.
As it stands, my son paid top dollar for a commercial popcorn machine and instead he received a very messy DIY project, a number of glass splinters, a machine he cannot use AND to top it all off: we still haven’t got a refund.
Surely the courier is at fault and this should have been a simple replacement !?
I will never buy from this company again - and I am happy to shout it from the rooftops.

I wasn’t so much interested in the refund. I just wanted to safe. On the date of the deadline the safe arrives at my front door in a terrible condition smashed up. Door won’t open or close Dents all over it so I messaged them to tell them what it happened. They offered me $20 refund and said to keep the safe. I told them the safe is unusable and I would like my full refund. I have packaged it back in the box ready for you guys to pick up the Next message the following day was we offer you a $30 discount you keep the safe and attached is a video from our technician showing you how to fix the safe which was a video of him banging the safe on the floor to try and put it back into shape.
I responded and said is this a joke? Honestly a safe That’s to protect my family’s documents. you want me to try and bounce it off the floor to straighten it back up? The Next response from them was $60. We went back-and-forth for days. The final response was $90 which I refused. I went to PayPal and asked for a full refund as I was getting nowhere with them. I will never purchase from them ever again. This was a horrible experience.
Ordered a diesel heater, installed and upon turning on the fan was rubbing! Contacted them and the sent a video as a fix, this was not my issue and advised them of issue Said they would send parts so I can change out, issue is why am I doing this! Product should work. Anyway the parts would not fix issue as out hosing warped and causes rubbing so then they offered me $46 discount and said take it somewhere to be fixed.
Poor quality – I have a VEVOR 55 LTR car fridge. It worked great for 2 weeks. Then, the temperature control board died. Customer service is useless. I tried purchasing the board which they refused to allow me to do. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

The TH-100AHTJ Ultrasonic Cleaner is advertised as having a capacity of 30L when in actual fact it only has a capacity of 22L! Quite a difference and totally unsatisfactory.

Bought a so called stainless steel pump. Only the visible front of the pump was made of stainless steel. The interior and back side of the pump house was made of plastic material which gave taste and had only plastic materials properties. They are cheating. We buy from this company Slushy Machine in our restaurants. When we have a breakdown, we try that first Try this, try that, they stall for time and eventually repair it. In the end, they don't fix it. This is a terrible company. You should not buy from this company.

That message still hasn't changed, despite me following Vevor up 3 times. Now they tell me they have logistics problems! Vevor reviews say that they are hit and miss. I'm here to share that they are MISS! Don't bother with them is my advice...

Scam Company. They claim 3day shipping to receive orders but products shipped out of China and take weeks/months to get here. Coincidentally my credit card was compromised only hours after making a purchase. They should be banned in Australia. They start false tracking info with Parcel Freight Logistics, PFL, then claim delay is caused by another transport company.
BEWARD FALE Advertised “30 Day Hassle Free Returns” Started a return and between the 24 hour reply’s and constantly trying to troubleshoot or make me keep it because “it’s so much of an inconvenience to them to return” when they advertise easy returns.

Australian market must meet Australian electrical safety standards, and this unit clearly does not. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this purchase to think carefully about what it means to plug an untested appliance into your home.
What made this experience truly inexcusable, however, was VEVOR's customer service — or rather, the complete absence of it. I was promised a follow-up within 48 hours. That promise was broken. Then broken again. VEVOR markets itself as offering "24/7 Attentive Service" and promised "Your satisfaction is our priority. We want to assure you that your case has been given top priority and that we are dedicating all necessary resources to provide you with a solution as soon as possible."
In reality, their support team is apparently neither attentive nor present.
A faulty product happens. I get that. But service this poor is inexcusable.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response to this matter very soon, I will be pursuing the matter through other channels and encourage others in a similar situation to contact the ACCC or their state consumer affairs body – Australian Consumer Law provides protections that VEVOR's silence cannot erase.
Do not buy this product.

seems with no technical knowledge as they think contact is enough to keep you in check. If the product works they are good, but as soon as you need replacements or help, the process drags and you just need a job done. Best to go to a chain where you can have counter sales and exchange to not waste so much time when something goes wrong.
Never order from this company. Ordered an expensive chair, received an empty box. Then they refused access to a real person to help me resolve or get a refund. Just went around in circles with chat bots and ridiculousness. There is no phone number either. Waste of time and money. Scammers.
