I have had the best 10 out of 10 service from appliance guys , Sean was my appliance tech . From now on I am calling appliance guys when ever I have a problem , on time to the minute . , cleans up after he is finished which is not always the case with other tech. Also if my appliances break down I will be getting a new one from appliance guys no more shopping , they will give me a quote and deliver and install. Thank you Sean

elsewhere. Delivery was free, plus I got a very good price on the air fryer. I was contacted to arrange delivery on a day that suited me, and as promised, I got a text the day before confirming the timeframe for delivery. The delivery man arrived promptly, brought the item to my front door and was polite and well presented. I was really impressed by The Appliance Guys.

Terrible! The Appliance Guys recently installed a dishwasher for us, and it was not correctly anchored in the cavity and it rocks back and forth by 5cm when opened. come under the manufacturers warranty". The problem clearly isn't with the dishwasher, it's with the people who installed it. The dishwasher has been used four times. Either buy from someone else or don't let them install it.

Kardi dryer a pile of garbage. Not worth $5. Intermittently works or goes in ‘snail pace ‘ speed. Takes all day to dry a few towels.dont waste your money

We paid for the full installation of our rangehood installation, and there was no indication in the confirmation that the ducted would not be done. This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to cheat us. We trusted your company to deliver what was promised, and you failed to do so. They cheated on us and demand another $400 for ducting.

Terrible experience, i gave them 5 stars initially later changed to 1 star – Disappointed with follow up. Poor service experience. Many reminders and phone calls, on each followup the first thing customer say that they never received email. However to raise a concern raise an email. Professional and Careful Dishwasher Installation Service – Jerome and his team arrived at the scheduled time and installed the dishwasher very quickly. They were also very thoughtful in explaining how to use it. While entering the elevator and my apartment, they were careful to ensure that the dishwasher didn’t touch the elevator walls or the apartment walls. Everything was handled with care. Show reply

First Messaged then after no response call these guys about a delivery/install time on a product on site. After nothing for a couple of hours, then called their 1300 number, was encouraged to leave my number for the first call back. Nothing after 5 hours, also tried another message in that time, zero response. Obvsiously they dont need the business

to “customer service”. We have bought close to a dozen appliances from appliancesonline and winnings in the last decade and have never had an experience like this. For the $100 saving on a $2.5k stove it’s not worth the palaver. Looking forward to a refund and an apology without being put on hold for the privilege. What a disgrace.

Extremely disappointed with this appliance repair company. They came out just to measure my oven, and during the process, they broke the glass door. Things only got worse from there. I had to wait two weeks for a replacement because they claimed all their technicians were fully booked. On top of that, they cancelled appointments multiple times and kept pushing the date further, showing zero urgency or accountability.

they could not get the model that I wanted. I asked for a refund. THIS IS WHERE THINGS WENT SOUTH. 4 days later I received an email stating the refund had been processed at their end & the funds should appear almost immediately & allow up to 2-3 days for funds to appear in my account. FUNDS DID NOT APPEAR. Thank heavens I made the purchase using PayPal because PayPal got my refund. 12 days after the purchase PayPal sent my Case details to The Appliance Guys. It took another 14 days for this Company to make the refund. IN TOTAL it has taken 20 days just to get the refund. If needed I can provide all emails & receipts. I have reported this company to the NSW Fair Trading.

install it on the original day, but at an earlier time.

Then, just one day before the scheduled installation, I received another call saying they no longer had the cooktop in stock for installation, despite having waited a month for these items.

This company has absolutely the worst customer service. I would strongly advise staying away from them, as the stress they cause is simply not worth it. I rarely write reviews, but after this experience, I feel it's necessary to warn others from making the same mistake of purchasing from them

Absolute shonksters! Do not use these people, they attempted twice to make us buy a whole new range hood, when all it needed was a small replacement part that holds the controls. They advised they were unable to find the part as it was no longer available - we found it ourselves from the manufacturer within 20 minutes of their email! And the manufacturer sent it to us for free!! These guys are scam artists

Disgraceful Service – We bought a stove top that was buckled, I supplied 3 photos as requested and without examining the stove, their “Expert Technician” determined that A, the installer installed in it incorrectly OR B, our Stone Bench Top in not level. I contacted the Manufacturer with the SAME 3 photos and they immediately determined the stove top was buckled and are organising a REPLACEMENT stove top. I definitely would NOT recommend or buy from them again.

Slow moving and can't fix problems – The Appliance Guy are nominated locally by Fisher & Paykel to resolve for warranty fixes. I have 2 new F&P ovens which don't work, and I've found The Appliance Guys quite useless. they understand what the all the faults are which need to be resolved. I've owned these ovens since August, installed in October, reported as broken to F&P early November, its now past mid December and nothing has been achieved and I don't even have a service booking to resolve anything in future. So I've complained to F&P and had another firm allocated to the work. Back to square one after 6 weeks. Thanks for nothing. Avoid.

apologised, then you were escalating the issue, what was the result? First your courier service couldn't pick it up then the appliance was damaged so you were waiting on another one... This took so long the tracking number even expired. Pitiful to say the least from a supposed reputable company. I placed an order with you guys because you offer the best deal, better off spending a bit more money some where else, walk in and walk out with what you want. Thank you very much for the headache!

Great Installation but took ages to get it!!! – Installation was highly professional, polite and efficient. Although it did take 5 weeks and multiple follow ups to book in afree ordering on a 7-10 day delivery indication. Office coordination was not at level of customer service I see with most appliance businesses. Yet the installation service when it finally happened, was very good.
