Love our Supreme Executive 21ft van – We had a few minor issues which were promptly dealt with. We love our van for the design & colour scheme. We find it very comfortable & easy to tow. We love all the extras & the quality finish, inside & out. We love the curtains in our van, we have seen so many caravans that have no curtains, only pull up blinds. We feel with the curtains… Read more

our van is so much more homely & gives a much

better finish & look overall. The pelmets over the windows

finish the look off beautifully. We get lots of comments

wherever we travel. We love our cupboard space, our

pantry space is fantastic. We love our 5.5kg washing

machine & our large ensuite. I find I am the envy of many

women with my washing machine, they cannot believe

we have one that size in a caravan. Overall we are very

happy with our van. This is our second Supreme caravan.

We did look elsewhere but nothing matched our needs

better than Supreme.

Love our Supreme Executive 11 Caravan – We purchased our van late 2014. We are a retired couple and our van has been fantastic. We had a couple of minor warranty issues eg problems with the LED lights and the TV deciding to stop working. Supreme replaced all the lights and the TV no questions asked. Service has been terrific, including a couple of times when we had to ring late… Read more

afternoon to resolve an issue. The guys in the workshop were happy to talk us through the issues and sort out our problems. My husband is very happy with how the van tows. We love the layout of our van and find it very comfortable to live in for up to 3 months at a time. We have no hesitation in recommending Supreme to our friends.

We love our Supreme Executive Series II – We owned a Jayco Flamingo for 17 years having spent many great holidays as a family and sold it before ordering a custom built Executive Series II at the Brisbane Caravan Show in June 2015. We arranged to collect our van direct from the dealer in Craigeburn, Melbourne in September 2015, as this fitted with holiday plans at the time. Handover was… Read more

comprehensive and well paced, except forgetting to advise us the gas bottles were not full.

The van is excellent, terrific build quality and very functional. It's a front bed, centre kitchen/lounge, rear en-suite layout and we added 6 inches to the bedroom and 6 to the bathroom giving an overall external body length of 24 feet. This allows a full queen size pillow top inner spring mattress, deeper kitchen pantry and a spacious en-suite. We lifted a large two door fridge/freezer, repositioned the microwave, added a grey water tank, water filter, top load washing machine and USB charging points among other mods to make the van suit our needs.

With a 2,450kg Tare and 112kg ball weight the van tows beautifully. Many potential buys don't know that Supreme are one of the few Australian manufacturers who build their own chassis and not buy generic units for their vans. This allowed us to modify the size and fit out of our van at the time of ordering and have the changes incorporated into axel positioning to provide the excellent balance that makes towing this unit such a joy.

Supreme still incorporate innovations that other manufacturers are beginning to appreciate like the roof mounted upper fridge vent.

We love the care, quality and thoughtfulness that's gone into our Supreme Executive Series II Caravan and are certain the designers must actually holiday in their vans unlike some of the other examples available on the market.

We love our Supreme Van

NICE VAN BUT WOULD CHANGE IF I COULD AFFORD TO – I ordered my custom van in dec 2012, (took the `660 executive floor plan and had extension of one foot added) Took delivery march 2013. Have now done three states with it and as a whole happy, BUT problems every which way but loose. 1. sullage hose connector did not fit. Had to buy adaptor and hose from Supreme as connection was not standard… Read more

size.

2. Spice draw breaks every time we travel. (have had it repaired 4 times now).

3. Supreme closed my dealer franchise down now no where to get service or parts except in Melbourne (I live in NSW)

4. Even after first service (costing $200) things still not fixed;

spice draw still breaks, door latches don't close properly, screws through out are coming loose. ( van has never been of the tarmac)

5. External doors for boot, table and locker are extremely hard to close and lock. We have actually bent the hose locker door to get it closed. When pointed out to our then dealer was told common problem and just needed to push harder to close.

6. Van was fitted with external speakers for the radio and tv. Unfortunately they are not connected so are useless unless I want an electrician to re wire the van. The then dealer offerred no solution.

7. The said speakers are placed so that when I han an annex fitted they had to mould arround them

8. Everytime I turn the TV on the air con also comes on. When questioned on this I was fobbed of say that this was because both are on the same wave length.

9. The wheel hubs centres are pock marked with rust and cannot be cleaned,

10. All joints are clearly seen and mould is showing in the silicone. ( we have a full cover on the van when not in use)

On the positive side;

The van is very comfortable and does suit our needs (after repairs and rectifications)

Easy to tow (duel axel)

The agent who sold it to us was helpful in ideas to modifiy and select. Several others did not give us the freedom of choice in colours or layouts.

Supreme Executive Disappointment – Picked the van up in Late June 2014. On the way home 2 drawers came unlatched, First thought was that we had not closed them properly. First trip about 500 km round trip 3 drawers unlatched. Two of them onto floor one with crockery, several broken bits. At service latches adjusted but very poor design so I replaced them with positive action… Read more

latches. The drawer handles have very sharp edges on them and my wife bumped the one under the seats twice and drew blood both times. I have replaced them with rounded handles and are now safe. There was no bolster to go with the mattress. Advised this was a show van and it does not have one. I had to purchase one from local shop. The extension for mattress support is very difficult to slide in and out. I complained about it at service and was told it was fixed. When I checked it at home I found workshop had put 2 screw into the frame and that locked it so it would not move in our out. The first time we drew the curtains at the head of the bed some eyelets came out of the curtains. I was advised this was acceptable. I purchased new eyelets and fitted them. There have been several other items including HWS, lights, awning, window, plumbing, screws not screwed all the way in, ensuite sliding door and hand brake .The Qld agent is very good at saying that the warranty is covered by the supplier and I have to contact the supplier direct. I have emailed the Melbourne warranty office and received a reply that the mail was forwarded to management but that was 3 weeks ago and no response as yet.

4 year limit – Had van built new in Oct 09 with all the extras, off road pack , leather, solar panels, annex etc. It is now starting to fall apart. Both hatches in bathroom have disintegrated, internal roof is cracking and peeling (no water getting in anywhere) , wall in bathroom around toilet and windows is blistering, wall panels lifting . wouldn't work, loose mother board . We have already replaced the screen door lock and outside door light and added a small computer fan to help with the cooling of the fridge. All the white plastic on outside of van is now cream but I notice that on a lot of vans. We have never taken this van on rocky and bumpy roads but stay on the tar. This was built as our dream van to travel Australia, luckily work has prevented this so it's only been on short trips I'd hate to think what else would go wrong. Good layout, looks good. Looks can be deceiving
