What prompts me to write this review is not the quality of the bed which as I say has been excellent but the quality of the after sales service. But after replacing the batteries it still didn't work and a light flashed on the control but nothing happened. My wife is a chronic invalid and this bed is a very necessary part of giving her a decent quality of life. I contacted Sophie the following morning, explained my issue and was advised that a service person would contact me that day. I asked for them to contact after 2 that afternoon as we had a doctors' appointment. At 2.15 the service person rang and ran me through what to do with the control and remedied the problem straight away. All fixed. This bed is out of warrantee but this was not an issue on their part just part of the deal when you buy one of their beds. I cannot recommend this company high enough. If I had bought this bed from a regular furniture company I doubt very much I would have got that kind of service that Sophie gave and by the way when initially purchasing the bed I had done price comparisons with 2 normal bed suppliers and found their prices well in excess of Sophie by thousands of dollars. It has been one of the best purchases we have ever made. Thank you Sophie on behalf of my wife.

From my first night, I have had incredible relief from my severe lumbar back pain using the zero gravity setting and the lovely massage too. The under bed light is a great safety feature when I get up during the night. The high performance mattress is so comfortable, I can get back to sleep much sooner than beforehand and so cozy I’m happy to linger longer after I wake pain relieved in the morning. Many other health / sleep issues have improved now, sleeping in my outstanding Sophie bed. The service and team at Sleep Sophie have been excellent with advice and follow up. I would recommend this quality bed over any other.

Very happy with the bed. Only had 2 weeks and my sleep has improved. I also have issues with my hips /buttocks which were very sore and tight but now I have hardly any pain when I get up in the morning. My mobility has improved immensely. Show details

We purchased a double Sophie bed for our son, he has pain related issues due to cancer and arthritis. He has had his bed for nearly two weeks, and is staying in bed for most of the night. desired. I’ve never been spoken to in such a manner by someone from whom I purchased a $4000 product. Disgraceful. And don’t expect the USB port or “light” under the bed to work either…these aspects get zero stars, whereas the bed itself is give about 4 stars. My experience may differ from others, use your own sound judgement.

problem and trying to move the problem to be my fault. This has been going on for months so I have to go out and buy a new bed until this is sorted out. The ceo even said for me to go to fare trading as does not want to deal with me I ask for a copy of the spec and drawings of the bed and was told they recorded my phone conversation the previous night with the sales guy who was very rude and spoke over me so I said this is [Content Removed] as I was very frustrated with the amount of time this is going on if you look at these beds to buy please take a good look as they are very poor quality and can be unsafe please feel free to contact myself. My husbands loves his hi/lo Sophie bed. He has serious medical issues and has found the Sophie Bed gives him comfort and loves the massage feature, has also found the bed has improve his circulation. Amanda whom I spoke to when I decided to consider the Sophie bed was so helpful and her knowledge about the bed was outstanding. Enjoyed the whole process from start to finish, delivery went without a hitch.

We bought a sophie bed, and homestly the best night sleeps ever. My husband and i got to a point of sleeping in seperate beds because we couldnt find a mattress that suited us both ( i like a firm mattress , he likes a soft one) but now with the sophie bed it suits us both . The best nights sleep I've had in years. I live with Fibromyalgia and have always struggled to sleep through the night.
