time after my accident involving a motor vehicle. As regards the statement "No Win, No Fee" well this certainly was true in my case with Slater & Gordon. During this process I found that I would have needed a lot of expertise dealing with certain Government Acts and other legal requirements/knowledge and procedures which I did not have. This is where dealing with Slater & Gordon was necessary. The process dealing with my claim is not a quick one where it involved various medical procedures i.e. MRI's, CT scans, X Rays, various specialist/surgeon visits and finally three operations. I had great support from Slater & Gordon solicitors during this time. In finishing in my opinion I could not have had better people to look after me, they were friendly, prompt and knowledgeable in this field. Everything was resolved to my satisfaction and I am very satisfied with Slater & Gordon solicitors.

Woeful and disgusting is an understatement – After being informed by Slater & Gordon via a letter that my parents hard earned superannuation was to be part of a class action claim . most of the time . I finally got help just one time and was assured my registration was now complete and all details were correct . Over a year later I see that the case is settled and moneys to begin distribution to the claimants . I’ve had no correspondence so again I started the constant effort to try to get help and inform them my email address was changed without my knowledge. I speak with one person who promises to help sort it ( told it should be simple to update my contact details ) after many frustrating months an actual lawyer emails me to inform me according to her my registration was never complete and there is no late registration now and the case is settled therefore she regrets to inform me I’m not part of the class action claim. What an absolute joke this so called law firm is . They have totally put me through an emotional wringer for over 2 years . They absolutely have no heart and just see it as more of a larger piece the pie for them . As if they weren’t gouging enough already! Totally disgraceful law firm who have no heart ! Will never recommend them . ***Update on this review After writing this I received communication from Slater & Gordon expressing they would like for ME to make contact with them regarding this matter and my complaint! Go figure they won’t respond or help me out in all that time but they are monitoring this review site to try and save face from me the many unhappy clients . I humoured them by responding and gave them more than enough time to respond to me and offer some resolution. No surprises it was a waste of time ! My review stands , they are the crappiest law firm ever , what ever you do I implore you please do not employ them to act on your behalf . They will take your money and rip you off !

The newcastle branch worst coal mine solicitors you could ever have been represented by Stuart Barnett in particular very were dishonest about having confidence in my case when he was questioned about it because I was going to get a different firm to represent me. My lawyer took more than a 3rd of my settlement after pushing me to settle for less. I couldn't even sign my letter of offer without having to sign over a 3rd of my settlement to the Lawyers. I've asked for an itemised bill and my lawyer won't give one.

Would not recommend – I wish I had read reviews before going with these people. I’m still waiting for settlement money and no response to my emails after 7 weeks. I have contacted LSBC and everyone with a complaint needs to contact them. I was given an estimate in the beginning to sign me up and I now will get tell than half!

Google ads need to be investigated – When is slater and gordon going to start a class action against Google ads for overcharging, falsifying ads stat's and charging for ads that aren't running. There's more uf you look.

It is a disgrace that a company that is claiming to do right by people makes it impossible for those same people to seek and receive assistance. Every time you call their number, it leads you to the same dead end to reach out on the chat. I noticed a feedback support number in a previous thread, yet again, call that number and it just goes to voicemail. Impossible to receive any assistance with anything. At the point in giving up trying, an absolute waste of time trying to deal with them.
