2 COMPLETE LEMONS!!! – I would only recommend this TV to my worst enemy. I bought this TV after doing a lot of research. The reason I bought this one over others was the option to have one cable from the wall mounted TV, and ability to connect all other gadgets below with ease. Unfortunately this TV turned out to be an complete disaster from day 1. • within the… Read more

first 18 hours, the TV made a buzzing noise, like a dying fly, even 12 hours after the TV had been turned off • the speakers vibrated like they were from a cheap kids plastic toy

The local service rep came out and replaced the motherboard, to fix the buzzing noise, said they may have to come back and replace the speakers to fix that vibration. In my opinion the reason there is such a cheap-sounding vibration is that the back panel of the TV, covering the speakers, is so thin it is flexible enough to be bent.

• on the third week of ownership the remote control stopped working, couldn't be re-paired, just flat out didn't work. Spent about an hour on the phone to Samsung pressing every button to see if it would start working, but it didn't. They said they'd send out a replacement remote within 3 weeks (that's a long time to be without a remote!). After waiting a few weeks without a working remote, I rang them to see how far away the replacement was, and they said they had no record of the call, and no remote was coming. By this stage I had spent about 6 hours on the phone to Samsung trying to resolve the various issues, and this was the final straw. I took the TV back to where I had purchased it, and demanded a replacement

• Got the replacement TV and within the few days the TV just completely shut down when I was watching it. The only way to turn it on again was to unplug and re-plug TV. Needless to say, I took the TV back the next day and got a LG TV instead (which is awesome, and actually works!!!). They offered to get Samsung to call me to discuss, and to send out a Samsung technician to fix, but by then I never wanted to deal with Samsung again. The product was obviously extremely poor quality, and the Samsung call centre staff were also infuriating. And this isn't a cheap TV by any means!

Having now moved to an LG TV, I am completely satisfied. In addition I can say the LG remote control is far superior to the Samsung. With the Samsung you have to click, click, click through the options to get to the next one. With LG you can just wave the remote in front of the TV and the mouse on screen moves to wherever you're pointing, which is far easier and less frustrating.

My experience was so bad I intend to never buy another Samsung product.

Very good tv but had an issue – Picture is great. Using movie mode with a couple of tweaks . Very accurate. Most natural and Best picture was in Movie mode. Operating system (Tizen) Controls took a bit of getting used too but are reasonably navigatible after using for a while. Sound was really good with a wide frequency range and could go quite loud esp with music. … Read more ·  1

Unfortunately I was getting a buzz at certain frequencies from the rear of the tv. A service technician has been booked to check this and a couple of other issues. On site tech could not fix the sound issue and referred it back to Samsung for action. To their credit Samsung worked with me and offered a settlement. I purchased another Samsung TV. :) Thanks to Samsung online staff for their constant feedback and notifications re the steps and progress taken. It took a few days but at the end a good outcome even though quite drawn out. I inspected 2 other N95b's in the store on display and neither of them exhibited the problem I had. I would still recommend this TV.
