Royal Canin Cat Wet Food
5 reviews
Ive been a big fan of Royal Canin cat food, but NO MORE. My cats just smell it and walk away immediately. Its not every box but now again 3 boxes was gd but 4th one is bad again. If you think of the $$$$ it cost and every 4th box is bad it tells you something is nor right. Im over the fact to keep giving it away. Im now moving over to Fancy feast after many many years of supporting RC. Enough is enough.
My fussy puss loves it – Desperate to try and get an ageing fussy cat to eat I turned to this brand, imagine my delight when my puss cleared the dish. It is crunchy morsels with a soft inner and encourages an appetite. I will definitely keep my puss on this brand.
Bengal Bowel Distress – We have two young Bengal cats approximately one year difference in age. We were recommended to use Royal Canin. After countless Vet visits we finally established through a process of elimination and various reviews that Royal Canin is contributing to ongoing vomiting and diarrhea. The cats may love it but only use it sparingly or not at all. I suspect that Royal Canin is a bit like drug companies they pay vets to have it on their shelves.
My cat loves it! – This is one of the best food for my bengal, he loves it. I give him several different brands, but this one is the best. It's more expensive then typical cat food, though worth it.
Probably killed my cat. We only raw feed now, now that I know better. Kibble is horrible for cats! – My big boy Maine Coon cat really enjoys his Royal Canin MC 31. Personally, I can't recommend it highly enough! It's the only brand of cat food that he actually crunches and chews - he swallows all the other brands whole!! His teeth and gums get a good work out with this product. I'm a stickler for reading labels - and I like what I see on this pack. No nasties that I'm aware of... it's a breed specific product that supports joints and the heart - very important in such a large breed of cat!
Mind you, his primary diet is my own homemade raw meat (BARF) diet - to me a raw diet is the best option for carnivores - Royal Canin Maine Coon 31 supplements and complements his raw diet perfectly! We wouldn't have it any other way. Try it with your Maine Coon - you won't look back! Large, chewable, crunchable kibble size! A bit pricey - but it is super premium stuff and you get what you pay for......
