dresses (although not all) are double layered or have thicker fabrics that are more flattering and aren't see-through. Better quality fabrics than other similar retailers. Generally the fabrics are thick and soft! Very cute marketing and overall aesthetic (like their latest amazing cowboy hats in different colourways).

Generally, the clothes are offered in colours that I like (I only suggest they add more options in maroon but otherwise I love the neutral colours and baby blue, pastel purple, camel, taupe, sky blue, beige, black, etc. that PP generally uses. So many retailers offer colours that aren't as wearable for me, such as bright green, hard-to-wear jewel tones, bright orange, 70s colours, stripes, etc.). Great customer service and convenient returns!!! Frequent coupon codes available. (Princess Polly offers good value for the money, in my opinion.) Also, Princess Polly uses eco-friendly packaging--a plus for any retailer.

ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT:

A lot of crop tops and short skirts and dresses (as an older customer these don't suit me the best and I always appreciate when they offer slightly longer tops and just-above-the-knee and midi styles). Sizing can be a bit inconsistent (for example, a 12 in one dress was roomy but in another dress it was too tight on me; allowing customer reviews and size ratings ["fits small" "average fit" "fits large" etc.] would help customers know which one to order. Could use more guidance on shoes (in other words, if you are a half size, should you order up or down?). Some dresses use thinner fabrics that show lumps and bumps and I only know through trial and error, i.e. ordering them, if that will be the case for a particular style. Again, allowing customer reviews (the website currently doesn't) might help with my selections. I generally find better luck with PP dresses than with tops.

Overall, Princess Polly is a great source for very stylish, trendy items of a little higher quality than average. I am so happy to have found them!!! Thank you, Princess Polly!

usually takes an extra few days for me). One of my orders literally arrived within 24hours (during the covid pandemic too) so I’m SUPER impressed with how efficient they are. Also, in Au their express shipping is free on orders more than $50, so for almost any purchase you’re getting (almost) next day delivery completely free, where a lot of brands will change a nominal fee or make it orders over a much higher price, so again I’m impressed.

Some sizes can sell out rather fast and they don’t always restock quickly (may not be their fault), but apart from that they’re always so reliable for any kind of item you want.

This is the first review I’ve ever written and that’s bc I am so happy with my experiences.

All in all, I made my first order from Princess Polly less than 3 weeks ago, and I’ve now ordered from there 4 more times because I am continually impressed and love their stock. Would 100% recommend.

alright considering I ordered on a very late Friday. The quality of the items was alright for the price and given that it is online. The red dress was very tight and I had received compliments on it, the only little downside was that the item description was very short and lacked description so the dress orange-red than the 'red' dress I imagined. Furthermore, the dress didn't have lining so you could see imprints of my body such as my bellybutton. Other than that, I'm happy with the dress. The pink top was darker than what was shown online but it fitted very well and the material was good and thick so I was happy with that. I would say to lower expectations and read the description carefully. The colour of your items may be lighter or darker so keep that in mind when looking at their photos because they would have lighting and may have an unintentional filter. Would shop again with reasonable prices.

Ummmm what same day delivery how is that possible? Loveee this! – I ordered clothes at 8am this morning and by 3pm they were on my doorstep I’m shook! The quality is actually really good too I completely forgot about this online store for a while! I’m going back for more haha!

Diversity! – I honestly never leave reviews, but on the first time shopping from this store I couldn't help but notice the range of models rocking the clothes. From petite women to plus size and women of all color, style etc. You don't see that much even In 2022. Bravo princess Polly!

Sizing far too small!!! – Their clothes have gotten smaller and smaller and smaller both the skorts and the tops. I'm a 10-12 Max and I've had to exchange a top for a size 14!!! And the other size 12 top only just fit and the size 10 skort was snug too. Won't continue purchasing from them anymore I'll stick with showpo. Show details

Horrible – The return policy is absolutely ridiculous. Also the boots I got were such poor quality I could’ve done better at Walmart. I chose for quick return and over 10 days later the charged me and said that’s part of the process. Don’t expect your money any time soon. I’m still hoping it goes back. Show details

Postage fees – Ordered denim shorts, sized up, they were still too small. That’s the risk of buying denim online. However I am annoyed to have paid postage receive them and then I pay postage again to return them. I’d have no problem paying return postage if the initial postage had been free or even if I was simply returning for change of mind. Show details

Also to accidentally missed adding an item to a return and so I reached out less than 12 hours later because you have to pay shipping for each return - I want to return an additional item in the same box with the other items and they refuse and make me pay a second shipping rate even if it’s sent in the same box.

$120 shoes that fell apart after 3rd wear – I purchased shoes from princess polly which were so expensive for no reason and I've worn them a total of 3 times and already the entire sole has come off. Beware cost of returns – Store has a good range of different styles and sizes. I never buy anything online before confirming return policy. I purchased 4 items and returned 2, unfortunately I was unaware that you received less fora refund than a credit. next day express delivery? non existent – bought several items on sale, and automatically qualified for express next day business delivery, however that seems not to exist as my order is still on 'it's way' so very disappointing for first time customer- let's hope the clothes are good quality

Store Credit with an expiry date – Clothes are not the best quality and my biggest mistake was choosing to be refunded as store credit. I have been browsing their clothes for 3 years now and I have not found any clothing item that I'd like. Emailed them about it but was refused. Regret every purchase I made – The two items I bought I loved, they fit a little smaller than what I normally wear but still looked good. That was until I washed them. The stitching fell apart immediately on both items, the lining shrunk (even though it was a cold, delicate wash) and the dress I bought ended up getting pilling so bad that it was unwearable. Disappointed time and time again – The online store navigation is great, the products were up my ally and the material quality is generally good but unless you have the one stock standard cup size I’d suggest forgetting about it. Small and shitty quality – I am usually a size 20-22 ordered a dress and 2 pants in a 24 and they were more like a size 16. The quality was unbelievable too, so thin and see through. Returned everything within 2 mins of receiving it. Even the sunglasses we had quality. Don’t bother! Show details
