Great aircon. However your cashback claim process would have to be the most convaluted, diabolical, frustrating process I have ever encountered. We're not dumb, its obvious you REALLY dont want people to be able to claim for it and I have bought several aircons with this kind of offer over the years and they were simple to claim for. hell do you want my utilities/rates bill as evidence? This is beyond intrusive. I thought by choosing a digital card (instead of a physical one) once I spent 45 min stuffing around with the claims process it may come straight away. Nope, its a week, then a link, then you go to the app store...if any of this works it will be around 1 hour spent to get your $100 back. You certainly have little respect for customers mitsubishi with this drawn out process...
This A/C is excellent – This model air conditioner has been running seamlessly for over a year now in North Qld. It's super quiet, good on power consumption and cools well. Had two 2.5kw units installed as well and they have performed the same. So impressed with these units that I have just bought another to replace a failed older Fujitsu unit. Would highly recommend.
