longevity. After approximately a couple weeks, the brand new fluffiness seemed to deflate. I gave them a good beating, and hoped that would revive their fluffiness. After about an hour resting on them, it was evident my efforts were wasted. It didn't work. At first I was disappointed, but I reminded myself that the all the qualities I looked for in a pillow were still there. Squishy, huggable, malleable, continues to bounce back after being utterly flattened. It wasn't quite the feather pillow experience, but I found these pillows to be just as comfortable and comforting, if not far better quality. After a year, I gave them their first wash. One of the selling points was the fact that I could let machines do the hard work for me. I was nervous chucking them in the dryer, but I really needn't have worried. They required 2-3 cycles to dry properly, but they came out fresh and clean. Now, a few years on, these pillows are still holding up wonderfully, their materials impressively resilient. They have been worth every cent.

My sleeping form: Most of the time I fall asleep on my side and hugging my pillow. I usually wake up on my back. I needed a pillow solid and squishy enough to hug into dreamland, but deflatable enough to protect my spine when I roll onto my back.

(I highly recommend making use of the pillow protectors, investments need to be cared for! ;) )

We stayed at Rosemount B+B in Noojee and during the night removed the pillow cases to find out the brand to discover Microcloud. Really amazing sleep and the pillows are exceptional, hold their support and don't crunch and fold. Mattress is coming tomorrow. I may not emerge from bed for a week or so. Disappointed – Very disappointed, was looking forward to new pillow hoping for comfort and support ad got neither. I had a bad sleep the first night, persevered for 6 nights, ended up with a sore neck, and an extreme lack of sleep. This is definitely a "Hotel" pillow, flat, lumpy and uncomfortable. Show details

Pillows are ok but not really different from all the others – We ordered 2 Hotel standard pillows but found on arrival that one was a lot flatter and much firmer than its mate . A V-shaped pillow was recommended for the type of surgery I had. It made it so much easier to sleep, and I am keeping it to sleep on permanently. It is an excellent quality pillow, and has kept its shape. The two pillow cases are well made, and comfortable to sleep on. This pillow provides the right balance of softness and support. It helps her neck relax properly, and she has noticed a clear improvement in her sleep quality.

After seeing the difference myself, I completely understand why she prefers it.
