Marj and the team at Kylin saunas have so great to deal with. Very friendly throughout the purchasing process. and answered any questions i had about the different models. I made a purcause then and there which was followed up with correspondence from Janet anout the sauna i had purchased. She offered for me to contact her directly with any further questions i had. Partner has just put the sauna together as we had been away on holiday. Quality is excellent, heats very quickly and has beautiful lighting. Also comes with five yea warranty on parts which is a grea prace ot mind. My partner is thrilled with his new sauna. I highly recommended this company :)

Very poor customer service and support I had purchased online a 2 person sauna with Kylin after visiting the showroom in Brisbane where the warehouse person said that particular unit was in stock. product being in-stock and then suddenly not being in stock and delivery dates were constantly pushed back.

They never replied to support emails and their customer service phone line would always ring out and go straight to message bank after multiple attempts to speak to someone directly over the phone. I was able to text with a support person which I told them I would prefer to do this over the phone or via email. They ignored this request. Replies via text would take at least 1-3 days to receive a response.

After over 4 weeks of being stuffed around I decided to request a cancellation of the order (in accordance with Australian Consumer Law) and an immediate refund as I had lost total confidence in the company and the service they offered. I sent through an email and a text message to the support person requesting a refund, and within hours I received a call from a person named [Name Removed] (from memory) who was very apologetic and offered some freebies, free delivery and installation to try and persuade me to not cancel request. I told him that I had no confidence in Kylin and that you should be offering much better customer service and much clearer communication. Fortunately, the refund was processed quickly about 24 hours after.

If I could give Kylin Saunas 6 stars I would! Their customer service was excellent, and they were super responsive. Delivery was fast, and we were informed every step of the way about the delivery too. The sauna is awesome, great quality, and easy to put together. It heats up quickly and running costs are minimal. I received my sauna and only one side heating lamp was working. I contacted customer support who told me there was nothing wrong with it, just that the one on the right does not glow red, it’s a different kind of heater and not to worry it would be working I just wouldn’t see it working. gift. Initially I was so impressed with the customer service thinking how kind they were to send me a gift even though I had been so dumb! A couple of weeks later I decided to check all the connections as I had not personally done the connections on that side and my sauna was taking almost an hour to reach temp. I found that there were a couple of cords not connected properly. Once connected both heaters now work, and instead of taking an hour to heat up it is taking 25 minutes !!!!!! I am happy that this is now working but so angry that customer service response was to pretend it was never supposed to have two red glowing heaters and send me a gift even though they knew that it was supposed to have two they lied to me and I believed them! Integrity is everything in business. I love the product but don’t trust Kylin as far as I could throw them. Will never buy from them again as dishonesty like this on something this simple leads me to believe it’s only the beginning. Someone willing to lie about this is willing to deceive at a much deeper level.

Buyer Beware. If they offer you a free gift it’s probably that they don’t want to be bothered with addressing the problem and figure they can blow you off with a gift! Worked for me until it didn’t!
