Scrub Excel – Cleaned my oven with little to no effort and gave a great result. Also used in on my shower screens - doesn't take off hard water marks but cleans very well. Show reply

received the product AFTER I actually needed it. I had to email multiple times and ask for a refund as they kept telling me it was coming, but no shipping tracking and only finally when I asked for a full refund did the product actually ship. All estimates of "its left the warehouse" and "its coming within x days" were way under estimated. They even sent a discount code to buy something else why I waited - why would I spend more money when I hadn't even received the first product AND were being very vague about when it was arriving. Its such a shame that I will never buy from Kleva again as it was the worst customer experience ever!!

Took too long – The item took several months to arrive. We should have been advised that they were out of stock BEFORE we purchased. Will be reluctant to use this company in the future.

Product ok/ terrible company communication – Product is ok. Service and delivery was very poor. Waited 2 months for this and there was no communication from Klevarange to keep me posted, apart from the initial confirmation. Will not be purchasing from this company again unfortunately.

Item only as strong as it's weakest link – Item came in good time. Worked well initially as per instructions, then brush head became wobbly and scrubber just stopped working, well within the guarantee time. I have repeatedly requested return details however so far I'm just receiving instructions from A.I. that they'll get back to me. Hopefully I'll get refunded and not have to pay for return postage.

Disappointed – It’s reasonable but too hard to get the brushes off if you want to change them and when cleaning doesn’t seem to run smoothly.

Great item, appalling shipping cost – The Krapof is excellent, easy to use, great battery life. The only issue I had was the extremely expensive cost of shipping, it made me delay purchasing, it was half the cost of the item and it was very slow, it will unfortunately make me think twice about buying anything else. Show reply
