Great van with a few build quality issues – Awning was badly fitted. Needed a replacement after 2 years. Dometic 9000. Otherwise a great van. Would be 5 stars if supplied with better quality fixtures and workmanship. After lots of kms and 2.5 years fulltime on the road our DRX is a solid, reliable, dry and safe home. Highly recommended. Just pay attention to Dometic appliances and awning. Show details

Fantastic van. Great before, during & after sales service from JB Burleigh – After a lot of research and questions, we settled on purchasing a custom-made 21.6 JB Dirt Roader. The entire purchase process was enjoyable, we never felt pushed or rushed, and everything was explained to us along the way. Our van turned up only a month behind schedule, due to Covid of course. The handover process was professional and again, not… Read more

rushed. No question we asked made us feel silly as newbies to the caravan world. A couple of minor issues we had due to a slightly dripping washing machine tap were addressed very quickly and thoroughly as part of JB’s 3 year warranty. We love the quality of our van, and after having lived in it for almost 3 months, could not be happier. The build quality and the way things are finished off is excellent. Thanks JB!

JB caravan update – We have given the 21ft Dirtroader a warranty shakedown. Just been to Flinders Ranges, Birdsville and now on way back to BRISBANE. This trip has been 6,000 K and the van has been fantastic. Went on rough and dust roads. The only dust to penetrate was through the fridge vent, which is my issue and not JB's. So all in all the quality and finish and strength cannot be question. Would have no problem recommending this van.

JB Caravan 20ft Dirt Roader – We purchased our new van and took delivery in November 2014. We are happy with our caravan, it tows and handles well. We are extremely happy with the layout. It does have a number of minor things that require attention but I think that is with most new vans. We have been extremely happy with the service given by the Caboolture Team both from… Read more ·  2

the ordering and handover of the van to the service department. Spoke to the Service Department person today and he was very obliging and assured us that the warranty work will be completed. He was more than happy to book the van in at a time to suit us to have these minor repairs rectified. The service shown to us this far has been very professional and we feel confident that the repairs will reflect the same.

Just returned our van to JB Caravans Caboolture for a number of little things to be fixed under warranty. Must say we drove away feeling confident that these problems would be handled professionally. Couldn't fault the team at JB Caboolture.
