Absolutely a fantastic coffee ☕. The first time I tried this Coffee ☕ was in a wedding event. You can literally pick up this coffee from Victoria's Basement for literally $ 15 for 250g beans. That's literally 1/1/2 kilos for $90. You'll not find this cheap in the supermarkets. So a kilo is literally $60. Also you can literally get a pack of 12… Read more
250g beans online for $153, that's literally $12:75c a tin. You'll never find this value in supermarkets. That's literally $51 a kilo.
Inconsistency – We have used illy coffee pods for 3 years now and have been extremely satisfied until of late. Can someone please tell me what is going on with the quality. We have used the Forte intensity for so long and know exactly what to expect, however lately they have varied in strength from pod to pod and from pack to pack and I mean to the extreme! know it’s not the machine and has been cleaned regularly so it has to be the pods, it’s almost like the 3 coffee intensities available have been mixed up and has gone into the incorrect pod box. We no longer buy 10 boxes at a time but have reduced our buying to a couple of boxes at a time in case we get a dud batch. I sure hope we don’t have to go back to Nespresso capsules. I am more than happy to discuss with a rep.
Eh! Rainy day coffee – The Classico Espresso Ground Coffee produces a decent cup of coffee with a velvety smooth texture, but it's overpriced and the delicate notes of caramel, orange blossom and jasmine are not present. Show details
To the people who say its crap – Don't know what a good espresso is. Illy works better in italy bc of their water. Its smooth and not bitter unlike most of the other coffee brands in australia Show details
This is horrible coffee – I’m sure instant coffee smells and tastes better. Don’t buy this over priced crap. Look for the cheapest coffee bean possible and that will beat this crap. Who ever likes this must be happy with ash try coffee.
Illy best coffee you can buy – I have the illy pod machine This brand is all over European Bars and in 5 star hotels world wide it truly is very enjoyable never bitter and worth the money
Love this brand – This is affordable and delish coffee! Love that it comes in jar that I can reuse and to keep it all tidy and not spilling everywhere in my fridge. I am a loyal customer to this brand Show details
INTENSO very strong – VERY STRONG high in acid and thats all i can taste 3 cups and it went in the bin my go to coffee is the victoria Maragogype coffee when i compared the 2 the illy had one flavor and that overpowered and the bloody aftertaste was like i just threw up disgusting Show details
Morning kick start – Delicious ground coffee. Full taste and great morning kickstart. My husband loves it too Show details
Used to be good – It used to be good but since February 2019, all the last batches of the Medium roast (4 of them) are burnt. The taste is horrible. They have different batch numbers. I've tried to contact Illy but there is no way to do this. I won't be buying again. Show details
Smooth as! – Just bought a delonghi coffee machine (manual type) and also purchased the E.s.e. pods to go with it... While at Woolies I got a tin of the illy espresso ground coffee and it is so much better. So smooth and lovely!
Lovely cofffee – Illy is a lovely smooth coffee no matter how you prepare it, it can be brewed via moka pot or machine. Buy it at an Italian supermarket/deli for a more reasonable price, I usually pay around eleven dollars a tin. Makes an awesome latte.
nice coffee – This is really nice coffee that I'd recommend to anyone. I'd call it outstanding if it was a little cheaper but at that price its still really good nice coffee not cheap
Excellent – Illy is a great flavoured coffee and no matter which why you prepare (stove top, plunger or machine) it makes a great cup of coffee. I also use the pods which are availble direct from Illy, with the Euromatik Joy coffee machine. Yum. Great taste Hard to find and expensive
