operate. The electrician came back to check their work and confirmed that the fault was with the air con itself and not their installation. I am devastated to have paid $1400 for installation of an air con that doesn't work on top of the price of the air con itself. I now have to contact Haier to see what warranty assistance they will provide. Please note that this review is incentivised.

the hottest days, and had no trouble cooling our large family home with three living areas. Cooling performance has been very effective and reliable under sustained use.

In terms of features and usability, the system is simple and intuitive to operate. We mainly use the remote, which is straightforward and responsive. The Wi-Fi connectivity is a useful bonus, allowing us to turn the unit on remotely when we’re out so the house is comfortable when we return. The app experience is fine and works as expected.

The unit has been used in auto mode, which adjusts well without constant manual input. Noise levels are acceptable and quiet, even when running for extended periods, and it hasn’t been disruptive to everyday living.

Installation was completed by professionals in under two hours and was straightforward with no issues. Since installation, the unit has been reliable with no faults or performance concerns.

Overall, this air conditioner represents good value for money, delivering strong performance at a reasonable price. Based on our experience so far, it has met and exceeded expectations for cooling capacity, ease of use, and performance in extreme heat.

Very happy with the product. Cools and heats just as we wanted. The mode symbols are a bit small but the red and blue lights help identify operator errors in heating or cooling mode.

Haier air conditioning systems are so good and the best thing is that it's cheaper than most of the brands while having good qualities. They are nice, and easy to use. Not to forget the FREE Wifi feature upgrade!

Pros: Efficient cooling, quiet operation, compact design, easy to use. Cons: Fan noise is a little noticeable on the highest setting, but it’s not disruptive. Overall, a reliable and good value unit for a small room.
