to make a purchase from a reputable company, but if something should go wrong, the silver lining should be the after sales service. I'm relieved to say that Franke has given me great confidence in knowing they are a company with integrity. It certainly gives you confidence in purchasing Franke products in the future
poor quality – we had the drinking water tap fitted 12 months ago we now have a drip i spoke with franke and they said the valve had been damaged by our water supply, its amazing we have 14 other taps in ourt house none of which drip i have been a retail for franke now for over 40 years and have had past clients have similar damage valve problems all franke do… Read more
his send you out a replacement valve you after get it installed at your cost all because there quality his poor . we have stopped retailing there product
Splashes everywhere. I'm replacing it – I haven't had a tap splash all over the sink area since the 80s. So disappointed. I sent a video to Franke and they said this is normal. My friend also got a Franke tap and it splashes everywhere too It was a very expensive tap, but I will be replacing it with one that works properly. Show details

I did, it is so smooth when I use the pull out option to wash my big pots or clean my sink. I chose the stainless steel model as I hoped it would compliment my new stainless appliances - and it does. It is admired by my family & friends.
