I purchased a dress that was too large and before returning it, bought the size down. I tried to return the larger size only to be told it was final sale; no mention that I could see online. I asked for an exception and they refused. Woeful customer service and they've lost all goodwill on my end. Show details

Disappointing to receive a used item – I was sent a used cushion cover. I ordered two items, one is in perfect condition and the other one has been sloppily packaged with no attempt to even hide it and was sent to me with piling. the whole order (bought a few other things too). This feels incredibly unprofessional and the item is obviously not as described, violating Australian Consumer laws. However I have had no response to my email to resolve this matter within 5 days and I find this unacceptable.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. What customer service? Don’t waste your money – I purchased the wonder quilt cover back in late March and washed exactly according to instructions.. what I ended up with was a quilt cover that was already pilling after one wash and had small like holes in the fabric. It is now the 9th of May and in the last almost 6 weeks and during this time I have never once received a SINGLE acknowledgment for any one of my 12 emails or comments on their Instagram account.
Given the disgusting and absolutely appalling customer service (or lack of) provided I’ve now been forced to dispute the transaction and make a claim with my bank. Save your money and time. I should have read the reviews before I purchased so I hope that this is a warning to anyone googling the brand now.
Don’t do it. Trust me.
All style no substance – So frustrating, I get a marketing email with a 15% discount code to complete my purchase, I go in and it doesn’t work, I get an error message, try numerous times, doesn’t work. Fast forward a few days, I get another email saying I left something in my cart so I click the link and it takes me to their home page and I can see I have one item in the cart. I click on the cart but it takes me to a blank page, click again, blank page. I try to add another item to the cart, doesn’t work, try again and of course it doesn’t work. Now whenever I go back into their website even after I have closed the previous session there is something in the cart and it’s impossible to buy anything online to see the cart. Ok folks I give up, see you round, I’ll stick with Country Road at least their website works!
Awful Customer Service – Disgusting treatment of customers. Beautiful product – I received my first order after about a week, despite warnings that the Xmas rush might take 2weeks. The fabric of the "pyjamas" (which I will wear as day wear!) is a beautifully soft cotton and the size and fit were true to size. The print I chose was just as beautiful in person and I thought they were well made. So much so that I ordered 2 more sets in other styles straight away. Show details

Great fabric, good ideas but shocking quality control – I've purchased 2 complete king bed sets (2x fitted sheets, 8x pillow cases, 2x doona covers) and the cotton is wonderfully soft but the quality control is shocking. Wanted to love the brand but can't recommend it.
Woven branding label scratchy – I have purchased 2 silk nighties The woven branding labelling is sharp and scratches your skin you need to wear it to find out. It is virtually impossible to take off the label without damaging the silk. These items are way too expensive to put up with this irritation. I have cut it off as much as I can without making a hole but it still painfully uncomfortable.
