Exodus Camper

Exodus Barrington – Bought this Camper Second Hand in Jul 18 from Metro RV in Melb (great to deal with) and have used it a few times now. So far it has lived up to the hype that these Hybrid campers get. I have camped in hot weather at Christmas, storms at Whyalla & Melrose over Easter and freezing weather in Farina over the long weekend. Underground Bakery is… Read more
great. Due to the insulated sides I haven't needed any cooling or heating. The windows (sides & roof skirt) give great ventilation in all weathers. Love the two piece door with screen door. There is plenty of storage inside and outside. The cruise master suspension works a treat even though the light weight. The best thing is the light weight and off road ability. On the way back from Melrose I took the Bridle Track and soon found the track much harder than I remembered! However the Exodus just laughed it off cruising behind and not imposing any stress on the vehicle. Can't wait to get back to the Victorian high country.
Hard to find but well worth the hunt.
A pleasure to travel with – We went everywhere in comfort, going places as if we were not towing anything. Kitchen is a treat and the bed makes you feel at home. The ensuite with hot and water is welcome after a day's walk. Hydraulic disc brakes and air suspension make it safe to stop for roos in the middle of the road like we had to on a rainy day near Wagga Wagga. At… Read more
just about every stop people came to talk about the van and have a closer look. A cliché, but we are "happy campers".

Good – I really like this camper. I didn't want a tent on a trailor. Hard roof and easy to set up. The camper has various awning options, and I have the lot. Small lightweight 4 birth option. Full awning with walls. Well built indeed. Two 4Kg gass bottles, 60 lts of water. Great behind 4WD. Check out the Exodus camper site. Hard roof and side lift… Read more
out double bed. More battery power would be good. Also better outside night light. Overcome by extra lights and batteries taken.
Excellent – We love it, we have a light camper, with loads of storage and beds for 4 inside. It is our home away from home and wil be for many years hopefully. Storage, Hard roof and excellent insulation from the elements due to construction( cool in summer with great ventilation, and warm and cosy in winter ), tows beautifully. Ours has solar panel's… Read more
and 3 batteries giving endless power. We have the bigger Kingston model and really appreciate the extra space and the additional interior kitchen for overnight stops where we dont set up the annexe roof. Speaking of that, overnight stops are a 5 second setup, no need to unhitch, open door, walk in , undo one webbing strap and push roof up.
When it is raining that is truly a godsend. My wife is disabled ( MS )and ease of entry and exit, sitting down on normal home height bed etc are all major plusses for us. Good water storage with 2 * 65 litre tanks in seperate systems plus 2 jerry can mounts. The fact that the manufacturer was so approachable and easy to deal with and responded to our ideas and requests with regard to customisation made the process of buying a camper a very pleasant experience. Incandecent lighting inside and out could be a bit brighter, but as they have used standard easily available marine lights changing them to something brighter is a simple job and will be done soon. By no means the manufacturers fault but an oversight on our part, our does not have as standard a porta potty cupboard. Not a big issue as this lives in our ute at the moment.
They cn put one in if you ask, and I would recommend this to prospective purchasers.
