problematic. Setting up the menu, searching for a program, connecting the bluetooth sound, watching a program; they all have issues. The sound drops out randomly, the picture freezes or just stops responding to the remote, the functions take forever to respond or just drop out. We are forever turning it off and back on again. The picture on digital TV is a horrible purple colour and cant be corrected with the adjustments. Fortunately it is fine on smart TV. When it works properly and we can watch a whole show without a problem, we are quite happy with the performance but this is rare. The fact that it works sometimes convinces me that it doesn't have a fault but is just a very poor product. The seller is interstate so not worth following up on. Definitely not recommended.
