the inside that dig in and leave marks on her skin. I bought them because I found their prints quite cute, so it was really disappointing when I didn't even get one of the prints I wanted! It's now almost been a year I've been holding onto the wrong one waiting to get the one I want. I was told they'd send me a reply paid envelope with the correct nappy, back in December 2017, it's now October 2018. My follow up emails go unanswered (one asked if I wanted to buy more nappies!).

time and money consuming. When you buy a OSFM cloth nappy that cost $35 each you expect it to last for 2-3 years not 2-3 washes! Definitely disappointed. Considering selling them and replacing them with another brand.

would like them after being in disposables for the first couple of months but no problems switching him and intact he giggles at the clicking noise when I do them up and undo them. They wash brilliantly no need to soak just pop them in machine with 1 capful of cushie tushies detergent and they come out brand new every time. The bamboo in the liners can take a bit to dry when they are dried inside but with the full time pack I have not come close to running short. It does dry quick when out in the sun. I can't get my head around how easy from use to washing is who would of thought I would enjoy folding! After discovering how easy it is I've made the decision to use all reusable items like liners and wipes instead of disposables.

I think it's fair to say I have a nappy addiction and can't wait for their new designs!! But shh don't tell hubby

Biggest stuff around, now have to go to court to get my money back – Made my order in late February, ordered the mixed full time pack and extras, 12 week wait. Received 1/4 of the items in Mid May. in July should have all the order by then right, wrong. So in May decide better wash what I have received gotta get prepared for the arrival. After not receiving the remainder of the items I arranged to return the items received as this purchase being quite costly mind you at $575 was not going to fulfil its purpose of saving $$ on disposable nappies. Today I was told by cushi Tushi's that I'm not abiding by there refund policy in that they cannot refund washed items and that I have placed them in a difficult position, well let's not worry about the fact that you have dishonestly taken $575 and not delivered on your contractual obligation. I will now have to take legal action to recover my money, great company they are, not!

It's been totally worth it! Yes the initial outlay was expensive and I believe costs have since increased too (which isn't good) but I do believe I am better off having bought a quality brand rather than choosing 'cheapie' that would have given me a lot of problems and ended up being thrown out (this has happened to a couple of friends who went down the cheaper brand path). I knew I would end up saving in the long run when compared to buying disposables.

The Cushie Tushies fit my little girl really well and she has solid toddler thighs now! There is still plenty of room left so I know she'll easily still fit them till she is toilet trained. I was equally impressed to see that they fit my slender niece just as well and they're exactly the same nappy! That gives me confidence to know that if bubs number two (due in June!) is more slender in build, fit won't be something I have to worry about.

While they can take a while to dry, I have found with a full time stash this hasn't been a big issue. I do have to wash every day to keep up but it's so easy to choose the right circle and throw them in the wash I can't call it work! In regards to the odor of dirty nappies waiting to be washed - again, I haven't found it to be an issue! I dry pail the Cushie Tushies in my laundry, throw them in the wash at the end of the day and they've been fine!

I love that you can choose from a variety of cute covers and there are plenty of gender neutral ones to choose from!

My only negative in using Cushie Tushies would be the initial incredibly long wait when I ordered my full time mixed pack. My consultant gave me what she had to start, then I had to wait for the rest to come from the factory. 6 months later(!!!) and I was not impressed. My consultant did a brilliant job(!) keeping me updated and felt my frustration however I do not believe the situation was handled at all well by her boss.

All in all would I go out and buy more Cushie Tushies again and recommend them to my friends? If production issues have been sorted and the business is being run more professionally absolutely(!!) - I think the nappies themselves are great!!

Most amazing environmentally friendly product ever – This swimming nappy was the best invention ever. And best purchase I have ever made. I wish I had of got one sooner. Sally was amazing to deal with. She is so polite and explained the product so well.. I will look into buying another one when summer comes as my baby loves water..

amazing products. great customer service – we have just begun using our cushie tushies on our second child. they are still working just as well as they did from day dot. great fitting, and great designs. we LOVE our chameleons. any inquiries or issues we have had, have been addressed immediately. they are a pleasure to deal with. highly recommended.

DO NOT BUY - you will lose your money – ordered products in december 2015, nappies arrived 1 month after they said they would and the breast pads never came, they have never picked up the phone and only give a standard replay to any emails they recieve - have tried emailing 5 times, no dice. I'm reporting them to the ombudsman.

My favorite nappy – After using cloth nappies for 1 year, cushie tushies my favorite. Gorgeous colours. I love the super soft minky feel (although it isn't the best material for being outdoors as grass and leaves stick to it). I had minimal leaks with these nappies and they fit really well - they were snug without leaving marks.

Super cute, absorbent and easy care – I am really impressed with the Cushie Tushie Chameleon Nappy. I have tried a lot of brands and in comparison the Chameleon is a great fit, really absorbent and easy care. It has lasted well and is good value. I love the cute prints too. Being new to MCNs my local consultant was really helpful with getting me set up and answering all of my questions. A great nappy all round :)

Great product – Very good modern cloth nappies that are easy to care for and no soaking required! Have experienced some delays on a couple of orders but these products are definitely worth the wait. The local consultant has been brilliant from the start when I was soo confused about MCN. She came over and had it straight in my head in an hour and I haven't looked back ☺

Beautiful prints, super soft and extremely absorbent from the start!!! – These nappies are so easy to use, wash quickly and dry well with a nice sunny day, I love the beautiful prints, it makes nappying enjoyable rather than just something that has to be done. Love my chameleon Nappies – I love my chameleon Nappies from CT's. We are a family that have been using mcn's for 7 years and only a few brands have stood the test of time and CT's is one of those brands. They are easy to use, easy to clean and have very cute prints.

Never received products – DO NOT BUY! I purchased the products in August 2015. I have only received the accessories, that is all. I have contacted [Name Removed] so many times but she just kept saying she will refund me. However, I still haven't received $235 back neither the products. My daughter is already 13 months old now. inserts take a while to dry but i think most highly absorbent inserts do. They fit well around the legs and dont leave red marks. Not many leaks in these nappies. I would recommend them to other parents to try. I also got some disposable inserts and they were great too.

I bought some cushie tushi detergent and that took about 6 weeks to arrive directly from their factory so i think ordering and receiving via their company is a slow process.

Fantastic nappies - 2 kids under 2 in them now! – I bought a full time pack of these before the birth of my first child. Absolutely loved them! They are now being used on both of my kids (2 under 2) which makes them Fantastic quality and fantastic value! Highly recommend these. Super easy and super cute! Best nappies I tried!

(slight) downside is it's on the bulky side, so not all clothes fit over. Haven't had a leak (although I don't use cloth at night), they contain poos quite well, and wash well and quickly because you can take the nappy apart to dry. Highly recommended, if you can afford them!

some of the old Courture and Basix range from my daughter, and some new Chameleons. I now have another baby who is going into his 11th month of exclusive cloth (Cushie Tushie) use with no rashes, rarely a leak and a very cute bum. What I find most exciting about this is that my three children have been very different in shape, and weeing and pooping habits, and yet these nappies have been successful for all of them. The value for money is undeniable (nappies from my original stash in 2011 are still in use!) I have purchased more nappies along the way because I didn't want to miss out on new prints, and have had two children in nappies twice now, meaning I needed a few extra, but I can honestly say that quality wise they have really held up! I also love the accessories - the wipes are used in our house for any number of purposes, and the wet bags are really well made and versatile. Michelle and Anne have always dealt with my inquiries promptly and been very professional and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending these nappies to my friends and family, and look forward to having another bottom in them in the not too distant future!

Nothing compares! – I tried many different reputable brands of nappies and was bitterly disappointed. Our last resort was to try cushie tushies and although we had to wait a little while for them to arrive they were well worth the wait! We are so happy with the quality of these nappies. The fit is amazing on our skinny girl and they look fantastic. Its just a shame that we didn't try them earlier.

Love Cushie Tushies – I was very hesitant to try cloth (after struggling with terry squares for 3 months with my first child). I was eventually convinced by my sister after she had used Cushie Tushie's for both of her daughters. So glad she did, we loved the savings, the ease of use and of course the super cute designs.

Great nappies! Cute prints! – I have been using Cushie Tushies modern cloth Nappies for 5 years and the Cushie tushies chameleon for the past 3.5-4 years since the new style was released. I can't fault them, love the quality, love the gorgeous prints, love the customer service. nappy all in one :) we've never had a problem with them and our daughter is still using them at 2 years old with no sign of her growing out of them before toilet training!! The packages are priced well, meaning over the 20 months we've been using them we have saved $4000 by not having to buy disposables! No nappy rash and no poo explosions :)

So helpful and love the product – Michelle was so helpful despite my numerous emails swapping, changing and adding to my order. I absolutely love the nappies, they are so easy to use and care for. after countless emails not responded to, calls unreturned, and not one apology; I have received my order in the post - she had run out of stock and just replaced some items with others. I even emailed her 2 weeks before she shipped my order and requested a refund. She has just chosen to ignore any contact and sent the product onwards, so now I have to pay to return them. I will be contacting Fair Trade, to get my money back. It's the company's totally lack of respect for their customers, and no communication that makes them so terrible. It's a pity really because the nappies really are great, and I loved the idea of being green. No thank you Cushie Tushies.

Worst experience of customer service ever! – Ordered and paid for a bulk pack in October 2015 with expectation of waiting 4 weeks. After time lapsed, no communication received from company, had to keep initiating it myself. Eventually requested refund, order cancelled but no refund. Refund given only after processing a complaint through Department of Fair Trading.

The worst customer service - they steal your money – After 5 months of buying stuff from their website and continuous asking for updates on my order, we had to cancel the order as they could not deliver it. when asking for a refund they had issues with their accounts and could not start the refund process for 15 days. Had to go the harsh way to get them to respond to you.

never buy one – 3 out of 5 nappies snap fall off in 2 month. One start to fall apart on joint. Took 5 month to received half of my order and 6month later I have not received other half.. go n get banbooty. They deliver almost next day. Nice and thin for nappies, good design, good quality, dry fast, fit perfect, look brand new after 6 month of use.Most of all, very good costumer service.

They dont work! – We bought the WHOLE pack, with liners, extra bits, sprays, cost over $500... We were trying to be 'green'... they don't work, leak... waste of money. If your baby has chunky legs, it might work; we persisted for over two years, but eventually used disposables 90% of the time. Biggest waste of money

Waiting time ridiculous and no response from Cushie Tushies – I can't comment on product as I haven't received my order after 10 weeks!! Ihave now emailed and left multiple phone messages with Cushie Tushie to get an update and have had no response whatsoever. Also every time I call no one answers the phone and I am asked to leave yet another message. Very disappointing and bad customer service. Will try to cancel order and go elsewhere.

Order does not come – Don't order if you actually want to use the nappies...I ordered a full pack in October and still waiting 3 months later. I have to keep following up with the company and then Only get excuses that keep changing. They clearly need money from orders to fund their business and as a result I am out of pocket and could have used my money more productively.
