Poor reliability – Very unreliable. I ordered dumbbells which never arrived (after waiting almost 1 month). I had to continuously contact Commercial fitness, and received over promises.

novice needs. Nothing was a problem for Tom and there was no hard sell. Tom even sent me a link for secure payment, which I filled out a few days later so I could purchase the Titanium USA B11 Commercial Upright Bike - Smart Console. The order was processed, and I received email updates from Tom and the team including tracking information. The after purchase experience has been first class, I needed a spare part shipped around Christmas. This was managed through email contact, and sent to me within a couple of days. really smooth. Predator Adjustable Bench is very solid and easy to use and has really nice padding and upholstery. Titanium Usa 160kg Elite Series Bumper Plate and Power Barbell Package is really high quality and better than any bar or plates we have every used. All of the equipment is really high quality and looks amazing in our gym and we get lots of compliments on the look and feel of the gear. We will definitely be buying more gear from these guys.

Not as expected, buyer beware – Purchased a heap of gear. All super disappointing for what should have been an excellent home gym set-up. Pretty much looking to replace most of the gear at some stage. • S30 POWER RACK WITH LAT PULLDOWN AND LOW ROW. with collars or plates if you have get any sort of angle on a lift or are not dead centre. The rack has 15mm either side to precision place a 7”bar. Injury just waiting to happen IMO. I spent $300 getting someone to cut it down to a standard size for me. Couldn’t find a safety squat bar to fit (that I could find). They don’t have rack dimensins on the web site (just total with band pegs). o Can’t use the back of the rack to squat because of the way the lat pull down has been attached. So can’t walk into the squat rack from the front without ducking under the bar. o Have the whole rack lifted by 50mm (multiple gym mats as spacers underneath) to get a full range of motion on the lat pull down at 6’ tall. Design issue that the cable is below the cross member rather than in it or above. Pulleys are already above, so it does not save any heigh on the whole unit. • SS1 SISSY SQUAT o Has a unique rocking function designed in. Feels super unstable if using weights. Extra bits of gym mat required to level it. • PLATINUM SERIES 7FT BARBELL o One end of the barbell is not finished properly, so weight plates don’t slide on. Annoying when benching but absolutely terrible when loading for deadlifts. • 190KG BUMPER PLATE PACKAGE o Plates don’t sit flush together, wonky. Practically ok, but it looks bad. • AB30 ADJUSTABLE BENCH WITH PREACHER PAD AND LEG DEVELOPER o Make sure you are not any taller than 6’ if wanting to use it for legs. Even at 6’ tall I’m past the adjustment range and position it balanced on the pin rather than using the pin how it should be. • FB30 FLAT BENCH o OK. Not much width with the support under the pad, but seems to holding up ok.

As with many other reviews, shipping needed to be sorted out. Did not send in-stock items when ordered (one of the reasons I chose them, big “sign” on the website) or available. They held everything back and then still did not send everything.

They swapped out items ordered (plates, twice), did not ask the first time and second time did not send what was agreed.

Most manufacture quality is ok, other than what’s mentioned above.

Recommend you look somewhere else.

I had an issue with a delivery and Ibrahim solved the problem quickly and at no expense to me. He did this with good humour and grace at a time of massive workloads on the team. Great company to deal with! – Can't recommend this company enough. Made quite a big order and as my equipment arrived I was just more and more impressed. Quality gear and amazing prices.

Customer Service +A1 – These guys were amazing! They helped us find the best pricing that suited our budget, and also made sure we bought only what we needed to fit out our new health studio. Delivered and installed, they have been a pleasure to deal with. They came out a week later to check that we were all good & that we were happy with all the equipment. They know their stuff too so that was a huge plus! Definately recommend them and will use them again.
