I bought a pair of slippers then nearly a week later they let me know that they didn’t have the colour I wanted so I asked for a different colour they were supposed to be from Mother’s Day. They arrived four weeks after Mother’s Day and it’s been hell trying to send them back and I’m still waiting for my refund and I have seen that they have received them but their customer service is pretty bad. They take forever to answer you
I bought Homyped slippers. I used to buy them but haven't seen them anywhere for years. Very surprised and happy to see them on Brand House Direct. I was not home when they were delivered but was able to pick them up at my local post office a couple of days latter. Very easy. Show details
Cabello Comfort 5072-27 are light & extremely comfortable. Cabello Comfort Cyra are comfortable but a bit heavy, which you can't tell by the photo. However having the sole stitched onto the shoe is essential for me because glued on soles come apart easily with the way I walk. Shopping, delivery & return process was fast & easy. Love my dear dear Dearfoam slippers. Brand House Direct is my go-to shoe shop as I live in a remote part of Victoria. Saves me half a tank of fuel and the range is huge. Regular sales, great prices, extensive range, good returns policy - everything i could ask for. The site is easy to navigate in so many different ways - by brand, colour, style, price. This is my first order from Brands Direct thanks to my husband alerting me. I ordered three pairs of shoes. When I received my confirmation I realised I had ordered one pair in the wrong size. I alerted the Company of my mistake and they sorted it out very quickly and the right size arrived with my order within a week. I will definitely be purchasing more. Great value for good shoes.

Purchased 3 pairs of waterproof trail shoes, Hi-Tec brand, as they were on sale. Briefly worn over 2 months and the shoes fell apart, as seen on attached pics. Although I contacted Brands direct, no response. I've been sold duds, probably fake, and no response. Not worth Ng with this company, the after sales support in non-existent. Terrible customer service- bought Bogs gumboots that leaked after wearing for approximately five weeks. Won't refund, want me to cut up the gumboots and send a photos. How on earth do I cut up gumboots with paper or manicure scissors? They are obligated to refund, repair, or replace faulty products. Instead they have sent me multiple emails telling me to cut up the shoes and send a photo.

Don't buy from this company. Ordered a pair of red Opananken leather shoes size 41. Got size 39 shoes inside box a 41 box. I called to explain that they made an error, I need size 41 as 39 is too tight and their response was that is Brazilian sizing it runs larger. Shoes are as tight as a regular 39 and they want me to pay for returns if I want a 41. Show details

I purchased a pair of work boots from Brand House for $169 (including $25 express postage) as I urgently needed them for work. but the company refused to take responsibility and instead tried to claim that I caused the damage, which is completely untrue and unfair. To make matters worse, they expect me to cover $49 return postage out of my own pocket. Their customer service has been dismissive and unhelpful, forcing me to escalate the matter to Fair Trading. Meanwhile, I had no choice but to buy another pair of boots so I could continue working. This has been a very disappointing experience. Brand House do not follow proper consumer law and have been extremely difficult to deal with. I would not recommend purchasing from them.

order. No reply so far to 2 emails.The product is still shown as available on their website. This supplier seems to have changed and I will make this my last order. Indeed, if they don't answer me within another few days I will dispute my payment via PayPal and buy elsewhere. As an addendum my shoes arrived and were as ordered and well packaged. So I have added another star. Better late than never.
Follow-up · My review seemed to j#rk them into action. The items were packed and posted shortly after and arrived by Aus Post with tracking. They were as ordered and well packed. I still don't know the reason for the delay but a note on the website notifying of any delays in fulfilling orders would be a plus.

You have to pay to return them and I don't trust that I would be refunded so I'm stuck with them Very shoddy business I would advise you stay clear of them, do the research look at Trust Pilot reviews. I wish I had. Never again.

Sent me the wrong size then told me I had to pay to post them back. Challenged me repeatedly when I asked for a return post slip to exchange, but they refused. Would also not refund. Currently going through Fair Trading to rectify, but they are still challenging this. Do not trust their sizing charts, they are contradictory. Very rude customer service also, with emails going back and forth for months. Don't waste your time!

Website has a large range, with some product sizings being unavailable, but this didn't affect my ordering. Easy navigation, and order process with prompt shipping. Had no issues with the ordering and shipping process. I can't fault them, but I considered returning a product due to a minor manufacturer fault - chose to retain the shoes as it wasn't that big a fault (not a visual fault, more a comfort fault). I received my order promptly and was pleased with the shoe’s appearance and it was comfortable however I need to use orthotics and I could not use them. With my orthotics in the shoe was too tight and the fabric was very firm and would not stretch to take the orthotics. The return process was very clear and seamless. I now await my refund to be able to buy another shoe from Brand house.
