Never Again – I have serious Iron deficiency and the tablets I usually take were unavailable at the time so I purchased these as the label stated Low Constipation!!! Well after just a few days of taking these I was so bound up I became quite ill and only after stopping taking any iron supplement at all for 5 days has my system started to return to normal.

Misleading – I had a serious iron deficiency and purchased it from a chemist After starting it failed to work Then read the tiny print not for iron deficiency Since checking research the ingredients not the the most effective in terms of iron absorption

5/10 - There are good sides to this and bad sides – I had to take these because my iron levels were very low. They are easy to swallow and I only had to take one a day so it was very convenient. eating all the right foods but couldn't avoid the constipation. I still take these but only when I absolutely need to. I have ticked I would recommend to a friend. But I would only recommended this if they really needed it. They are easy to swallow. Only one pill needed a day so they are convenient. My blood results showed a good increase in my iron levels. The biggest problem is they do cause constipation, I know most iron pills have the same effect but they've stated on the packaging that their product does not have this effect.

OK – The product did what its meant to do, so can't complain, just the side effects are nice but can be lessened with diet and plenty of water.
