A complete waste of money! I have several streaming platforms & got Binge to watch a certain TV show. It consistently buffers & times out forcing me to reopen the ap. One 42 minute episode Buffers & times out at least 20 times making it unwatchable. I dont have this problem with my other platforms such as Netflix. Show details
I had this cheap and very rarely used it. Not the best apps or variety of content. They also direct debited me when I believed the service to be cancelled. They have a very sneaky and devious way of making you click the wrong thing and end up keeping it the sub when going through the cancellation process. They then refuse a refund. Horrendous.

I’ve been trying to watch this one episode for 15 minutes. It keeps pausing, glitching and crashing. Not to mention the ads. If I’m paying for a subscription of any kind I don’t expect ads. You pay to have binge and to use it so you shouldn’t have to the watch ads. YouTube lets you buy a subscription so you don’t have to watch ads, binge makes you pay just for you to have to watch ads. Unwatchable always buffering – Unwatchable apart from the Ads it is always interrupted by buffering. Customer service is terrible. Plus no refunds are considered. Heavily not recommended.

request account deletion. They send you a link to confirm this. When. You complete it. Guess what? You get another email telling you that in order to delete you account you have to fill out a form following a link, and so on and so forth. After several emails stating I had done this multiple times. They said they would notify me of the update to deleting my account. Several days have passed and guess what? Still no account deletion. I'll contact my bank next and block them as they are holding my payment details without authorisation l. Stay away from this disservice!
second day of my Mums subscription, decides to log out of all mobile apps on all devices, then decides the pw is wrong.. Then locks the account. (PC WAS FINE SAME PW) then an hour with the useless help chat. Finally it just resets the timer an hour later. Garbage app, garbage corp.
Placed an order with Binge with the offer of cash back. Paid full price for Standard subscription $149 was offered $12 cash back (No Big Deal) but dont offer if you have no intention of paying. Cash Back rejected. how many more have had this. ShopBack blames Binge, Binge blams ShopBack.

Binge now the refuses to refund me arguing that I accepted the terms of the trial and that I could have cancelled prior getting charged. Amazon prime would never do that, they would just go ahead and fully refund you and that's it. Binge must be struggling or something to be recurring to this dishonest "customer at the bottom" practices. Their claim that they sent an email at the begining of the trial isn't true I never got an email at the beginning nor when I was about to get charged a $22 dollars monthly subscription. All my other streaming services are in the $10 to 12 dollar a month markb plus something that I really hate is that tvey dont have subtitles in diffrent languages like Netflix and a lot of their movies dont wven have Close Caption in bloddy English, qnd they still expect to charge double than most streaming services ?
Awful program. Maliciously drew me in with a cheap deal after I cancelled my subscription due to suboptimal programming. After connecting me up they then blocked access to almost everything by freezing the screen with a message stating that this is not accessible. Deceptive and entrapment. I regret engaging them. There is no help phone number only a range of unhelpful web pages
Terrible, terrible streaming service. Cannot load anything, loads forever and support is useless. When you notify them of the issues and request a refund they will go above and beyond to prevent that from happening. Go straight to your bank and dispute the charges is my best advice. Go with Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney or others instead, stay clear of this rip-off service.
Hey Binge, what on earth with the teeny tiny subtitles?! Can y'all have some compassion for the visually impaired & PLEASE catch up with other streaming services & add subtitle settings including size, font, window backing & opacity of words & window. This is giving me a migraine & for the price, it's actually not worth it.

Unable to watch anything. Unable to access anything except my account details. Only advice was to reset modem (did that twice no effect). Nowhere to request a refund. After I cancelled, in frustration, was advice I had access for the remainder of the month! Infortunately…..I DONT HAVE ACCESS.

$4 month introduction is a scam. Charged me full price and wouldn’t refund the difference. They used every tactic to avoid paying the difference they owed me.
Follow-up · Customer support had no idea about their product and lied on two occasions so not to have to refund the difference on my plan. I will never be giving BINGE any of my money again.
New format is totally non user friendly finding shows to continue watching disappear and even when there some current are at top others at bottom fix it soon please go back to old format

The app on TV is pathetic; it takes 5 minutes to start on a non-Android Samsung TV. I even thought my remote was faulty. Even moving forward or backward is a headache. The contents are average in terms of movies and shows. Overall, it's not worth more than $ 1 per month.

Don't understand all the negativity – I have been using Binge on the standard plan (no advertising) for the last 2 months and I'm happy with it so far. Good selection of movies and TV series, and some good documentaries too. I've never had problems with buffering or any issues with the app. I don't have wifi, and watch Binge on my tablet using my phone as a hotspot and the app works as it should.

DO NOT TRUST! Binge are the biggest scammers…worst company to deal with as take your money even after unsubscribing and continue to. Once complained they LIE endlessly making excuses and deny any refund even though I have an email to say I unsubscribed before the next payment was due.

to mine despite it not being a confirmed address. Suspect that deleting "hubbl" account messed with BINGE account. Took over an hour to rectify, had to provide evidence I owned my phone number etc. Absolute dogs breakfast this company and its data management.

It's one of the worst websites I've ever had to use.It's got no direction and no help.I paid for my binge account and I just can't get in it says try later. Also use kayo they talk about the NRL being in 4k maybe I only two games a week.

Be careful, I signed up for basic for one year when it automatically renewed it charged for premium at more then double the price. I contacted them and they refused to do anything about it . In the fine print apparently. Not happy .

$10. I have emails confirming that. It sounded good and that person was helpful. But i was charged $10 per month for 3 months, and my email seeking rectification and reimbursement was ignored. I then spent 50 minutes in a chat still seeking rectification or reimbursement, going through the usual clarification of payments and emails etc, but it wasn't resolved, and the chat was abruptly closed. In the middle of streaming it will just stop and go back to your homepage of apps and the live content is hopeless, you can choose one channel to watch but don’t you dare try to go to another channel after you finish watching because that is a no go. The scrolling is slow on everything and this is absolutely frustrating. I cannot recommend anyone purchase this until binge rectifies the nightmare that it is! *immediately* went to the chat service on the Binge website, believing that they’d easily be able to transfer the annual subscription to the correct account. The customer service person was beyond unhelpful. Was repeatedly told that there was “no option” for a refund. $149 subscription to the wrong account. How can there not be an option for a refund within minutes of payment? I was shocked at the terrible costumer service. I will be contacting the ACCC and Ombudsman.
Watched 3 epsiodes of a program and on the 4th epsiode 5 minutes before ending program froze I did everything troubleshooting said to do. Nothing helped tried live chat they are useless. Asking stupid questions when it's a problem with the program.
