better time, (3pm the call was made), so I contacted the owner via fb messenger and after trying to explain that my main order wasnt sent she told me to take my business elsewhere she didnt need clients like me. Which is rather sad. I wont be going back to buy. I tried the products and they were good and I contacted her again to say how good they were and about the misunderstanding but she didnt bother to reply. I guess my business per month isnt worth her reply. The products now are all in the bin as I have no faith in a good product and bad customer service by the owner. Rather sad as a few of us alternative lifestyle women would have been more than willing buyers.

ends feel dry and brittle and it knots like crazy as it is so fine. I have tried super expensive hairdresser shampoo and conditioner and retail shampoo and conditioner and to be honest both work about the same in my hair. Great for 2 days then it goes back to being gross. I ended up just using the Satan of the shampoo world Pantene as my partner has a big curly beard and it works the best for him and I just had to wash mine every day.

I saw an ad on instagram for your company and thought hey let's check it out. I saw the sample pack and bought one. I gave my partner the pink frizzy bar and after one wash he was in love! His beard was the softest it has ever been even without conditioner and the curls were almost tame. I tried the oily shampoo bar and beer conditioner and was blown away how soft and normal my hair felt after 1 wash. After a couple days my hair was no longer oily so switched to the normal bar and it was even better. Yesterday I used the pink frizzy bar Dave has been using and I didn't even use conditioner. Today is the first time I have ever not washed my hair since childhood and I honestly had the first "knot" in it i have had since using your products after sleeping with it down last night.

Baby steps in not having to wash my hair every day but..... thank you for making my hair feel amazing as I honestly don't remember the last time it felt this natural

I have tried of few Beauty and Bees products and have been very satisfied with most of the products. I found the ‘Leatherwood Honey & Macadamia Rich Moisture Cream too heavy but like the Honey and Coconut Light Moisture Cream much easier on my face. Thank you.

ingredients etc so shrugged it off. Was super excited to use them. They smelt great! But then I put them in my hair. The shampoo made my hair feel so dry even when it was wet that I couldn't run my fingers through it or even over it, they were getting stuck. Tried the conditioner thinking that would smooth/soften it up but it just left my hair with this horrible sticky coating even after thoroughly washing out. I thought I'd give the product the benefit of the doubt and maybe it was user error so I re-read all the instructions and even watched the 'how to' videos before my next wash but nope, it didn't change the horrible way it made my hair feel. It made my hair somehow super dry, feeling like straw, but oily and sticky at the same time. I've tried multiple washes now and it's just destroying my hair. My hair has never felt so damaged and horrible, not to mention it's so hard to brush because of these products and the dryness and stickiness that so much hair is coming out every brush! I've never had to empty my hair brush so many time in such a short while. It feels almost like you've literally put wax in your hair to style it and then slept in it and just tried to brush it out the next day, but that's what it feels like every day! It doesn't get better or less tangled or softer between brushes/washes. I've had to stop using it because it's damaging my hair so much. I'm so disappointed as I was so excited to start my plastic free - all natural - Australian made product journey but there's no way I can keep using this even though I'd like to support local because it's just so damaging and feels disgusting. Such a shame!

Terrible – I tried two of the cleansing bars - both were really irritating and uncomfortable. And the packaging is misleading, it lists olive oil, but no note that it has been chemically modified - which is actually illegal. Very disappointed with the product and company.

left with what can only be described as a sticky coating. It looks horrible and greasy and when I touch it the residue comes off on my hands, leaving my hands feeling sticky too. It was so bad I could barely even get a brush through my hair, and it would become tangled very easily. Looking at the FAQs on the website, they say that this is normal as your hair adjusts to using this bar and that it's due to the silicone being washed off your hair after using commercial products. Well firstly, I've never used silicone based products on my hair, and prior to using this shampoo bar, my hair was in excellent condition, I was able to go long periods between washes and my hair was rarely oily. So to be hit with this horrible feeling hair is very upsetting. And I did use it for a couple of months to see if my hair would "adjust" as the website stated, but it just got worse. Further reading on the website leads me to believe that you can't just use the shampoo. They say you can, but then they go on to say that if your hair feels gross, you need to use their "clarifying rinse" to wash the built up product out of your hair. sorry, but shampoo should not build up in your hair and you shouldn't need an extra product to rinse out the shampoo. And if this is the case, they could at least tell you that when you buy it, not when you're eating the FAQs to try to find out what is wrong with your hair. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Its an awful product, and I hate that the website is written to sound as though is you don't love it, it's your fault somehow for not doing it right. It shouldn't be that complicated to wash your hair.

I have been purchasing Beauty and the Bees Tasmanian Real Beer & Honey Shampoo for over 20 years and absolutely love it!
