This is the third time they have messed up delivery to me. This time they didn't put my street number on the address label and couriers wont deliver it unless they get an update from the company. You cant call and speak to anyone there so email process is long and laborious. Dont bother with these guys. The idea behind the business is great but they need to sort out back end logistics and have much better customer service. Show details

damaged and upon opening the box every roll inside wrapped Premium roll is coming unwrapped Looks like it's wrapped by a pre schooler. The rolls can't stack as they are so I have unwrapped every one to be able to stack them! I want to support local companies I can not support this business. Your adds and website are Basically misleading rural living people in Tasmania that you deliver to our homes when you do not! False Misleading advertising!
Follow-up · I purchased premium quality and it I believe the quality has slipped. It is not the same as the previous box I have purchased. Ordered this to try because WGAC premium rolls quality was rapidly getting worse and this was made in aus and donated to animal shelters and wrapped in paper. Unfortunately this TP is very rough and not soft at all. I couldnt wait for it to all be gone. Not worth the price. Show details
I have been using About s Dog toilet paper and paper towels gor for a few years and love it. The tp is soft but strong and the paper towels are thick and absorbent. Best product I have ever used and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for toilet paper manufactured in Oz.
Australian Product - High Quality, Eco & Animal Friendly – I have been ordering the 48 double length rolls and they are great! I have subscribed and get them auto delivered every 3 months so I never have to think about it. This next order I have Premium rolls coming. Great Loo Paper – Excellent product. Love the Black and White recycled packaging. I was pleasantly surprised with the prompt courier delivery. More importantly the have donated $31,200 to animal welfare organisations, along with $3,500 to Sydney Wildlife Rescue .
