Brad gave us a clear appraisal of what we could expect of the floor polishing process, as well as a very reasonable quote. He and his partner, Paul went out of their way to accommodate our very tight schedule to get the job done before our move-in dates. The work was done cleanly, carefully and efficiently- and with no toxic odours. We're absolutely in love with our original oak floors - the house feels so warm and welcoming now.

they are kept on forgetting times and were totally disorganised and would turn up hours after the agreed time.

It’s a little over a week since the installation and apart from the mess I had to clean up at the time, I’m still finding staples, underlay foam and bits of carpet throughout the house and garden. Yes they installed the carpet but everything else was completely unprofessional. The one exception is Tony, if you connect with him, he’s very good.

Went to Amber Hornsby to purchase some tiles and pavers for our outdoor pool area. Couldn’t have been happier with the advice, price and prompt delivery. Very rare to have such a good experience these days.

He was really good in regard to his knowledge & we were able to talk through several different possibilities before deciding to go with a hybrid flooring option. Ben was able to measure up straight away, give me a price & arrange a tentative day & time for installation. A week & a half later, with everything confirmed, Daniel & his colleague from Beare Flooring showed up to put the new flooring down, they were friendly & professional, got straight down to work & the new hybrid flooring was installed within a few hours.
